“We had a fantastic stay at Black Bear Lodge. The lodge is absolutely beautiful, with a stunning wooden interior that gives it a real mountain lodge feel. It was incredibly peaceful and the perfect place to relax and unwind. The location was ideal too, tucked away in a quiet setting but only a short drive from local shops, restaurants and other amenities. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.”

“Just wow. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable staying in any hotel actually this was more of a motel. Im so surprised this had good ratings, it’s the only reason why I stayed here with my family. Never again. The worst by far. ”

“On the day of check-in they could not find my reservation and the person took my ID to her manager without providing me details. I was waiting for 15 mins without any information. After coming back, she explained that they were not able to find my reservation. It was annoying. The room service is at the minimal even though this is a 4* hotel. They don't even arrange bed sheets. The floor carpet was not clean enough to walk barefoot. Other room surfaces were clean. The hotel staff at concierge...

“Upon arrival, we noticed the front door looked like it was broken into at some point. The carpet was coming off the floor. The bathroom has cracked tiles and poor paint cover up jobs. The shower drain did not work. The bed had spiders and blood stains. There were holes in the walls. The towels were crusty, like it hasn’t been washed. “Traveled with family. We stayed in chalet 1. This included 3 bedrooms, 1 of which has its own bathroom and shower. There is a patio in that room as well. The other 2 rooms were spacious and all beds were comfortable. The downstairs has 2 full bathroom and showers. This was nice as each family had their own space. Additionally, this specific chalet, has 3 designated parking spots which was confirmed with the staff. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware. The entire place was nice and clean...
