“Toilet paper holder was about to fall off the wall, toilet valve was leaking. Office had a bad smell so not sure what was going on there. Check-in staff was very nice!”

“Hotel molto semplice e datato. Le camere sono abbastanza pulite ma non in buone condizioni. La colazione non è male, ma bisogna andare molto presto, altrimenti non si trova nulla. La cosa che non ho apprezzato è che siamo rimasti due notti e non è stata rifatta la camera. ”

The room was fairly clean but the bedside table light did not work, the light over the vanity sink did not work, the shower faucet was falling off the wall in the tub, and there was a full humidifier in the corner. No coffee machine on the room. One of two ice machines was empty and the other not working, thankfully there is stores next door. The bathrooms in the lobby were out of order also.
