Hotel vicino a Howard Gilman Waterfront Park - St. Marys

“Great hotel with authentic character and charm. This is a historical property so don't expect the latest amenities, but the staff were very friendly and served a great breakfast. I look forward to staying at the Spencer House again.”

“Great location and great view from the upper porch. If you’re taking the ferry to Cumberland Island, you’ll be right across the street. There is no dedicated parking. They offer a free breakfast but it wasn’t set up one of our two mornings, no one was at the desk to get ice, there was not even a way to get coffee. There were 4 of us- 3 adults and a child. We chose a room with 2 beds- they were full size and the room was very small. We own an old house so we understand the challenges but this...

“We loved our stay at the Addison. There were so many little personal touches; happy hour, bathroom amenities, etc. the property itself is gorgeous and the staff couldn’t have been more wonderful. The breakfast is included and was delicious. We are already planning our return visit, as well as looking into other properties!”

“Frig had a small freezer, thank you, great to freeze the packs to keep things cool Walking distance to restauants”

“Everything was fantastic at this property!!!”

“Perfect location and the house is extremely well decorated. I was only there for Halloween event in Fernandina Beach so I did not spend much time at the B&B just to sleep. Even with the AC off, I could’ve used an extra blanket though it was a bit chilly.”

“Nice and clean property and the staff was good, the only negative is a few times the maid service didn't compete their task, they left trash in the room but overall we enjoyed our stay”

“The room was spacious and comfortable. Pool was spotless. The beach was just a few steps away. Close to historic downtown shopping district, nature trails, and seafood restaurants. The staff was very nice and helpful. We've stayed here a couple of times, and we'll definitely be back.”

“ONE negative comment is the BED situation in our room. The springs are completely worn out. Recommend making sure all the beds and mattresses are updated for the most comfortable sleeping accommodations! Everything else was awesome! Thank you”

“A beautiful place”

“Everything from location, staff and room was exceptional!”
