“Hotel molto semplice e datato. Le camere sono abbastanza pulite ma non in buone condizioni. La colazione non è male, ma bisogna andare molto presto, altrimenti non si trova nulla. La cosa che non ho apprezzato è che siamo rimasti due notti e non è stata rifatta la camera. ”

“Property is amazing and home renovation and condition was outstanding, unfortunately we went on a cold weekend and the room was freezing (60°F) with no way to adjust temperature. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. These conditions resulting in almost no sleep.”

“We enjoyed our 3 night stay. It feels like home. Spacious and clean. Kitchen has most supplies. Staff are very friendly and supportive. Nice ground to walk our dog. Things show wears and tears. Cleaning can be improved but I cleaned the kitchen and bathroom myself. Because there is no dishwasher. I washed everything before I use them. There is stain on mugs etc. but overall very pleasant stay. ”

“Stayed at Hoyt House in early April. Weather was lousy. Everything else was great. Location is within easy walking distance of restaurants and stores of Fernandino Beach. Everything in the Inn was in top shape, and a lot of thought clearly went into making the guests comfortable. Umbrellas when it rained. A glass of wine in the afternoon. Plenty of places to sit witha book or other activity. ”
