“I loved everything about the facilities and the staff. The rooms though are very average and we had no working air system in ours. The shower only had a straight down spout so hard to avoid washing hair when you only want to rinse off.”

“Parking was great, plenty of space. The rooms were nice overall, but dusty in some areas (like top of desk) and saw strands of someone's hair in the bathroom.”

“Very outdated. All shades of boring brown. Our room carpet had a stain and I tripped over the carpet where it needs to be re-stretched. Our room felt like it was at the end of a never ending hallway. Our room overlooked ugly construction to make it even more delightful. And we’re Bonvoy members too so don’t expect any upgrades. Staff was very friendly but will never stay there again.”

“Weird. Rooms were good. Guests were not. Noise and smells. Water pressure not great. They had all these paper signs taped up. Elevator had blue tarp on walls. A bit hard too find.”

“The hotel itself was clean, but old . Loud from the outside a lot of cars revving their engines at 10 o’clock at night.breakfast was good”

“Needed a clean space while home was being renovated. Drury is perfect! Dinner and drinks is such a great concept. Room super clean. No complaints. Manager Dee is wonderful also”

“It was OK. I booked 2 nights and housekeeping never came once. Trash was overflowing. Once you sign in you get a text message with the onsite amenities. Couldn’t the person up desk at least go over them? One of the amenities in the text stated breakfast had eggs. Well you get no eggs why wasn’t this updated? One waffle maker but could never use it because there was either a line or someone making 10 waffles. Room was nice. Would I go there again? Maybe but will look at other places first.”

“Great for a night and check in was quick. It’s not a full breakfast but it was fine for being on the move and just needing something quick. They do have fresh waffles if that’s your thing!”

“Location near restaurant was a plus and I love the renovated space / decor very modern. The shower was lovely I always do well with Marriott when away from home. Will stay at another springhill by Marriott again - affordable clean and comfortable Thanks you Melissa!”
