“As my wife is allergic to mushrooms the evening staff went Through the menu to ensure she was safe. At breakfast the waiting staff provided her with her own serving utensils to avoid contamination and offered to cook a special batch oh hash browns as they were next to the mushrooms. Great work and customer service”

“The room was very nicely furnished out. The one down side was the view of room!! The breakfast was very good. The amenities weren’t used but will return to do so in the near future. The staff in all areas of the hotel were amenable to requests. Thank you ”

“Its the second time we have stayed here and will stay again. The room is big, clean and bed comfortable. Ample parking. The staff are friendly and helpful. Pity they dont provide hot breakfast but still no complaints for how much we paid, would definitely recommend ”

“Stanza con il minimo necessario, per Cortona tutto funzionante. Odore di chiuso. Musica fino a tardi perché al piano sotto fanno musica live fino a tardi. Rumore di macchine e traffico tutto il giorno. No colazione neanche a pagamento. Non consiglio. ”

“A great stay! The instructions for the self service access are really clear and whilst we did have an issue with the code for the lockbox with the key room, we called and the concierge on the phone helped us instantly. The apartment itself was superb. We stayed in the 2 bedroom one called The Lodge. Both bedrooms were very large, with excellent ensuite bathrooms.
