“Great stay! Had 2 rooms for our party and both rooms were extremely clean and comfy, with lovely toiletries, kettle, teas & coffees etc. Very comfy beds. The reception area is lovely and modern too. Every member of staff we encountered was really friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay great. “Clean warm loads of room 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms one en-suite loads of coffee sugars and teabags, we were on first floor so we could hear people passing by later on in the evening but in the centre of Newcastle it wasn’t so bad and really to be expected, I absolutely highly recommend this place definitely plan to use these apartments again and the staff were amazing extremely friendly and helpful 5 stars 🌟 ”
