“Stayed at INNSiDE by Meliá Newcastle and it absolutely delivers. Prime Quayside location, slick modern rooms, and everything just works, clean, comfortable, and well thought out. The complimentary minibar is a nice touch and the river views are an absolute bonus. Service is spot on, friendly, efficient, no fuss. Food at Gino D’Acampo Newcastle is genuinely very good and rounded off my stay nicely. Simple: great hotel, no weak points, would 100% stay again.”

“A lovely stay. Staff were friendly and receptionist was very helpful and polite. Nice upgrade during our stay made it even more enjoyable. Room was abit dated with a few niggles that need to be updated but that did not affect our stay. Breakfast was buffet but we only realised on our last day that we could request how we wanted our eggs. Would be useful for staff to advise when seating. I would recommend staying here but note it is in a student area and bar is used by students however this was...

“Onestamente avevo aspettative più alte. Le camere al piano terra sono molto buie e la mia affacciava su una zona usata dal personale per la gestione della biancheria (quindi zero privacy, dovevo tenere le tende sempre tirate). ”

“Breakfast was great, all 3 of our rooms booked had permanent issues with air conditioning and bathroom extraction where they did not work at all, so there was no air flow in the rooms and was hot all weekend. Maintenance came and reset the fusebox but it failed almost straight away after. We were supplied small fans but not great considering the hotel we thought we were booking. Other than that we had a lovely stay but feel slightly let down with the room circulation.”
