Welcome to the enchanting Forest Edge Retreat, a secluded sanctuary nestled amidst the serene landscapes of Fancy Gap. This sublime retreat is part of the acclaimed Buffalo Mountain Getaway collection and is distinguished as a SuperHost location. Perfectly situated, it's only an 8-minute drive from I-77 and a quick 15-minute journey to the heart of Mt Airy.



The Space:

Perfect for a party of four, our meticulously designed accommodations include a luxurious master bedroom furnished with a plush king bed and an equally charming guest bedroom featuring a cozy queen bed. Both are havens of tranquility to unwind after a day of exciting activities.



For our active guests, enjoy hitting a few golf balls into the field, or bring your bow and do a little target practice. For the lovers of tranquility and nature, the front porch is the perfect place to relax, observe the local wildlife and soak in the surrounding serenity.



When in the mood for an outdoor barbecue, there's a high-powered gas grill at your disposal. Elevate your mountain getaway experience at our Forest Edge Retreat, where comfort meets the wilderness.



Guest Access:

Door code access will be sent to you 24 hours prior to check-in.



The Neighborhood:

Secluded cabin in the woods with all the amenities of home. The driveway is not state maintained, so it's a little bumpy. Unfortunately, every time it rains the ruts return. We access fine in our Ford Fusion, just take it slow.



Other Things to Note:

1 - Pets allowed with permission, but you must let us know in ADVANCE.

2 - Absolutely NO Smoking on the property, smoking will incur a penalty fee of $250

3 - Please do not move furniture

4 - Keep it clean. When you leave it should look the same as you entered, with the exception of bed linens and towels

5 - Remember it's our home, so treat it with respect

6 - The grill is propane.
