“The room was clean. Parking was good. The lady who was working almost all jobs, including reception, and room services was really kind, helpful, and caring. What I did not like, was just the prices in restaurant where we had our breakfast. The staff was really nice, polite, and hard working. But I believe the price was not reasonable for a very simple type of breakfast. Other than that, the hotel itself and the staff are all great.”

“This motel is highly overpriced, and very very outdated. Walls are paper thin, and you can hear every single thing in attached rooms. Bed was uncomfortable, and there was very little room for 2 people to move around at the same time. Bathtub was extremely slippery, and I almost fell while washing. Needs something oon the floor of tub to keep grip. I would not recommend this place at all. Drive an extra hr or so off the Ferry and be comfortable”

“Normaway Inn offers a peaceful and unique countryside experience, far away from the noise and crowds. The property is surrounded by beautiful rural scenery, and the quiet atmosphere made our stay feel especially relaxing. One of the highlights was spending the evening around the fire, which created a warm and memorable experience. “One terrific thing about this hotel: soft, quiet self-closing room doors. No slamming doors by rude people in the AM or PM to disturb you. All hotels should have these. Seriously. Further, friendly and quick check-in, comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom, quiet room, great hot and cold breakfast, friendly staff. I would gladly stay here again.”

“Very good Hotel with clean rooms, helpful staff and has more than decent Restaurant below which has buffet breakfast (but additional charges). On peak days parking can be an issue but ask the front desk they can let you know some additional parking at the back too.”

“The check-in time is 3:00pm based on the online information. We arrived at 3:00 and we were told by the staff at reception that the room was not ready yet, and it would be ready in 5 to 10 minutes. After 15 mins, another family arrived and they were told the same thing and the reason provided, was being short-staffed. We waited another 5 minutes, and the room was not still ready. The office of General Manager was beside the reception. I went there and asked the GM if he was aware of the delays...
