“This is an excellent place to stay right on the water. Lovely staff who was very helpful and kind. Beds were comfy and room was spacious. Ability to monitor your own heat and the windows do open. Continental breakfast with various pasties, muffins, bagels and bread. Also yoghurt and various condiments and protein bars. I would highly recommend.”

Despite my stay being during the off season, they made sure I was taken care of with dinner and breakfast on my overnight stay. Great location to rest after travel and exploring the nearby Cape Spear/Mistaken Point Ecological Reserve. “What a hidden gem !!! This property is filled with surprises. We enjoyed sitting in the front living room after dinner in town. We had a glass of wine listening to Cat Stevens on the record player then snuck an ice cream sandwich from the freezer upstairs. Our room was stunning and filled with interesting details such as power set up for all our electronics, sound machine for sleep, comfortable bed, hot shower.
