Resort a Canada - New England

“Buffet breakfast was awesome.! Staff were very helpful and tried to solve our problems…#1- heat pump stuck on cool..provided extra blankets #2- unable toget into bed as the mattress was the very high ( I am 5-6) provided a stool and offered to change rooms..which was not practical as we were very tired and ready to sleep! Once I finally got into bed it was very comfortable. I have stayed at The Pines before and have had no problems but this time…I was disappointed”

“This is not a resort. In addition the name is deceptive to the real Omni White mountain which is real resort. The Jacuzzi was closed,the outdoor pool was not heated enough to enjoy it,and the sauna was worm. The room was nice although the maid left the hand held shower facing the outside so once I opened the water I got cold water to my face. Breakfast is on the cart serving orange juice from concentrate but otherwise was good you can only select one option. As said I couldn't find anything to...
