Check in was as described, & owner messaged to check that all was ok. We hit during a very cold spell but heat was more than adequate. Every room had a different personality, very thoughtful & with little personal thouches throughout (games, pillows, blankets, etc). “We recently stayed at an individual house in the Poconos, and it turned out to be a wonderful getaway for our family. The house itself was spacious, clean, and very well maintained. It had a cozy, welcoming feel with plenty of natural light and comfortable furniture. “The operator responded promptly to communications and was helpful and cordial. The house was clean, neat, cozy, and homey. Not elegant, but casual, relaxed and family style. Just right for us. If I go up that way again, I will definitely stay there. As a matter of fact, knowing that place is there makes it more likely I will return and spend more time there. It couldn't have been much better.”

“Really couldn’t have asked more the kitchen was totally stocked with everything you needed and several options of high-end coffee. The online portal once you’re booking is confirmed is very convenient and simple to use. The house is brand new remodeled it’s still smelled fresh construction almost when we walked in. Beautiful access to the lake and fire pit. The property is “done right” We will be back! ”

“Location was quaint and check in very easy. Host was communicative. However, ACs were finnicky. Kitchen and living room subject to arctic blasts while rooms overheated and suddenly turn off. Living room TV remote was non-functioning even with batteries replaced. Outside lights over the fire pit were broken. But worst of all, there was also a water leak coming from the ceiling on our second night, perhaps to no fault of the host, but still took from the experience. Would not recommend unless...
