“Struttura già sperimentata più volte per la posizione comoda. Camera ampia e confortevole. Struttura pulita. Colazione da migliorare. Attrezzature della palestra da riparare quando non funzionanti.”

“Bed squeaked, pillows flat and worn out. Had guests be loud till 3am on a Wednesday! Walls were paper thin. Will not be staying here again! ”

“Breakfast was disappointing. The juice machine was water and most items were empty and not refilled. Staff was non responsive.”

“A recently opened hotel with all the charms of old and new. Ask the staff about the meaning of the hotel's name, Tri Century Mills. We had a corner suite, with a view of the Mississipi river and Princess Street, and it was gorgeous. And there were plenty of choices in the area for shopping and eating. We will return!”

“L)lcArrived after 3pm and were told that room was not ready so could not check in. Was told that hotel was very full and many rooms were still not cleaned. Why are more clean staff not brought in when hotel is full up? We had a 5pm party (not in hotel. Finally got key at 4:15pm. This rush was truly unacceptable!
