“I stayed overnight at the Publick House for my next days visit to Old Sturbridge Village. What a wonderful stay and the restaurant at the inn is fantastic. Make sure to make a reservation for though —It’s worth the effort. I ordered the Jumbo Crab Cake adorned with a lovely house made cole slaw and paired it with a local draft beer. Così non è sempre. Usciti al mattino al nostro rientro, era la sera del super ball, abbiamo trovato la camera non pulita e il bagno allagato. Sono scesa e la receptionist era sola e ci ha mandato un ragazzo. Bravissimo e disponibile ha compreso la nostra emergenza (rottura del rubinetto) e ci ha aiutato anche nel trasloco in un’altra camera.

“Excellent! The receptionist, if I recall correctly, Jacob, was very courteous. So was his manager. Another of the staff members was kind enough to lend my 13 year old son a soccer ball as he and one of his teammates was playing in the pool.
It’s obvious customer service is a paramount factor with the entire management and staff.
5 Stars all around and my whole hearted recommendations.
