“I don't usually stay at Comfort Inn or hotels in this category. However I was more than pleasantly surprised to the cleanliness and friendliness and overall attention to detail from the room to the breakfast. I stayed at a brand new Saint Regis last month and didn't see anywhere near the attention to detail that this place and staff provided. Well done I would not hesitate to stay again.”

“Just subpar for the price. Bathroom wasn’t very clean. No outlet covers in the bathroom of all places. Fridge wasn’t very cold. Curtain handle to close curtain was broken off and just laying there. Pool was iced cold and very dimly lit. Might as well had been outside. Not great and won’t return.”

“When we went to check in they said they over booked and my booking wasn’t excepted. And turned me away. I later messaged and asked when I’d be refunded. They said I never showed up and will be charged for a no show. Absolutely ridiculous!! Will never ever go or refer anyone there. Horrible customer service from the manager Deon Watkins. I went to Hampton inn and their customer service was INCREDIBLE!”
