“The hotel is quite new & the lakefront property is beautiful. Room was very clean & quiet. Bed was super comfy. The Cove had delicious food, especially the meatball appetizer. Only complaint was they needed more help. We went back for dessert and the bartender ended up waiting on us. He was very sweet. Otherwise we would’ve waited forever. Then the next morning, when attempting to go in for breakfast, we were ignored for a long time while trying to check in. We ended up going elsewhere.”

“From the arrival moment to the time I checked out every one at the lux hotel were happy polite welcoming and accommodating. The rooms were spotless the breakfast buffet was exceptional and the restaurant for lunch and dinner was amazingly delicious.. lastly the pool area was very relaxing, I will be back again. “It’s a nice clean hotel. The problem is they don’t have enough housekeeping staff or they have a very hard time managing them. There’s basically no housekeeping. I asked the room to be cleaned 4 times and nothing. Ended up complaining to expedia and got some credit but if you want housekeeping stay away. They don’t really know what they’re doing down there.”

“It has swimming pool which is a plus. The breakfast was awesome with helpful and nice staff. The parking is free and convenient. It was definitely a great experience for family with kids.”
