LE PETIT - 5 min. Walk to Lake Resort or Downtown

This newly renovated beautiful apartment located in the heart of Canandaigua is a five minute walk to restaurants, shops and the lake resort area. Additionally, it takes less than 20 minutes to drive to Bristol Mountain Ski Resort. The one bedroom, one bathroom, upper apartment has a private entrance with room to store bikes, snowboards and standup paddleboards. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, along with all of the noticeable details to make your stay enjoyable. There are three rooms, including a bedroom with a queen bed, kitchen w/ dining and a living room with a full size sofa pull out bed and work space (desk & chair). Every room exudes sleek, comfortable, and modern touches.

My best friend and I came to Canandaigua Lake for the Bonnie Raitt concert at CMAC. This VRBO was the perfect place to make home base and explore the village and surrounding areas. We loved it! Clean, well decorated, comfortable and a perfect location! Highly recommend.

Le Petit was adorable!! It is a great space that accommodated the two of us for a short weekend. Very clean, well decorated, and well furbished for your basic needs. The location makes for an easy 10 minute walk into town for a meal or shopping as well as a 10 minute walk to the lake. The owners were responsive and provided local restaurant suggestions. Overall, this was one of my best VRBO rental experiences!Just a quick note that this is an upstairs apartment. It wasn't a problem for us, but may be for someone who has difficulty accessing stairs.

Perfect location

Perfect size for the two of us.Very clean, off street parking, easy check-in & check-out. Great location. Restaurants, bars, wineries, ice cream and the lake, all within walking distance. I would stay here again!! Great place.

Le Petit est parfait

All was as advertised and seemed brand new. There were no surprises. The location was wonderful as most of what we wanted to do was within walking distance. Everything in the apartment was first rate— from the comfy bed and bedding to the nicely-scented soaps! I can be a fussy person and there was not one thing I would change. The hosts were very accommodating when I had a personal scheduling problem. I can’t say enough good things about our experience. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Stay!

My husband and I spent the weekend at this sweet little apartment. It felt bright and roomy despite the size. The decor was beautifully updated and the attention to detail was evident at every turn. The location was close to the lake as well as an easy walk to town. The hosts were easy to work with and communication was a breeze. We would love to stay there again!

Great short stay!

I live in Binghamton, my best friend lives in Buffalo, and we needed a picturesque rendezvous spot somewhere in the middle. This was perfect! Close to everything, very clean (the most important factor for me!), very cute. We could tell the owners had put thought into each element of the apartment, which made us feel welcome! Immaculate, modern home away from home

The apartment is spacious and completely and beautifully renovated. So much so, that I thought we might have been their first guests. We arrived to find cold water bottles, snacks and sucking candies, a bottle of wine, coffee pods, individual butter and coffee creamers. These are all such nice, thoughtful touches and essentials before we could do a quick food shop. Food shopping not really necessary because Canandaigua has some great restaurants. The Lake is beautiful for walking, swimming, taking a ferry cruise or a kayak ride. We will certainly be back.

Hidden gem

Le Petit was perfect - I wish we had been able to stay longer than 2 days. Well appointed and clean apartment with everything you need. We were staying for a concert at CMAC, but got in a nice dinner in town and some kayaking. It’s a little hard to find, but we learned after a while to look for the Lake Salon sign!

Elegant Quaint Sanctuary

And if you like to cook, the kitchen is ready for you! I required a space close to Clifton Springs that was private and affordable. Walking distance to downtown Canandaigua and to the lake, this apartment was perfect. There are stairs to climb and be aware of, but entry is easy, the apartment is immaculately clean, and quiet. and it felt like home at the same time. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating. I do hope to stay there again when I visit my dad at Ashton Place.

Le Petit - Perfect Spot in Canandaigua

This apartment is conveniently located and within walking distance to so many things Canandaigua has to offer. We were impressed with the simplistic beauty of the accommodations and with the many special amenities left for us by our hosts. Jennifer and Steve have thought of everything a guest could need from plush towels, to a well-equipped kitchen, to a comfortable bed and cozy furniture. Although the apartment is on Main Street, there is virtually no "street noise" once you're inside. We were always able to park in the designated spaces and found the place to be very private. There was a little problem with the heater, but the hosts were very proactive about it and communicated well as they worked to successfully resolve the problem. We will try to rent Le Petit when we visit Canandaigua again.

Perfect Laketown Getaway

My husband and I stayed here for a summer getaway to Canandaigua Lake and we could not have been happy with our choice of staying at this apartment! It was the perfect space for the 2 of us with everything that we needed. The owners provided us with wine, snacks, high quality towels, linen, and blankets. We had a 10 minute walk/2 minute drive to the lake in one direction and an even shorter walk to get into town. The clean, bright, and charming interior of this rental made for the nicest place for us to relax while on our vacation. We would absolutely book with Le Petit again!
