BEDROOM: This home has three bedrooms, each designed to be cosy and restful. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, while the two bedrooms offers a queen-sized bed. All rooms have spacious wardrobes for clothing and luggage.
BATHROOM: The property features two bathrooms, plus an additional separate toilet. The first bathroom, an ensuite to the master bedroom, includes a toilet and shower. The second bathroom has a shower and bath. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and body wash. You may need to restock depending on usage frequency and length of stay.
KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you`re craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay, you will have access to: - fridge/freezer - stovetop - microwave - oven - crockery and cutlery - dishwasher - electric kettle - toaster
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast, such as milk, coffee, and tea. Guests may need to purchase food items for longer stays.
LIVING ROOM: The living room has a CHIQ 40` smart TV which you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. Note that we don`t provide Netflix, YouTube, and other online streaming platform subscriptions, so you will have to use your own account.
LAUNDRY AREA: A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.
PARKING: The house features a driveway with 2 parking spaces, plus one visitor parking space conveniently located near the townhouse entrance.
ACCESS: Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival. Access codes will be provided 4 hours before check-in to keep your booking secure.
Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge.

**Leave It as You Found It** Your cleaning fee covers standard turnover and fresh linen. We simply ask that you leave the space tidy — excessive mess may attract an additional cleaning charge (from $50).

**No Parties or Events** This is a quiet residential neighbourhood — please help us respect it. Guest numbers must not exceed those booked, visitors should depart by 10:00 PM, and quiet hours apply after that time. To maintain the serene ambiance of our accommodation, we enforce a strict no-party rule. A non-negotiable penalty of $2000 will be imposed for any violation, in addition to costs for any damages.
