“We were travelling with our adult sons and their adult friend. This property gave an impressive amount of privacy to each guests. Everyone having their own bathroom was a nice feature. The condo is quite large. There is a lot of stairs up to the top two levels so keep that in mind. We rented a car but would go out to the front gate in the evenings to request a taxi into town. “20 mins away from the hotel zone. Close to Go mart and convenience store to purchase toiletries. Also walmart nearby and uber is convenient to use as well. Quiet area, safe, house was exactly as the pictures. Aside from the toilets not working upstairs the house was great. The pool was cleaned for my stay daily & the host was responsive at all times. I will stay again when i return to cancun. ”

“Amazing place to stay. Pictures do not give justice to this place. Your as close to the beach and ocean as you can get. The housekeeping was included and it was amazing. They cleaned and scrubbed every day and included laundry. If you left clothes on the floor they were washed and folded for you. The best kept secret was Irma the cleaner, she also would cook and buy groceries for you. She charged 50 to cook what ever you wanted and she did an amazing job. No restaurants could compare. “Visited Casa Del Mar with our grown children, 11 total. The house was just perfect. Right on your own little slice of beach. I could have spent the whole week without leaving the property at all. The master bedroom has a private deck, and another bedroom with 2 doubles has a private deck also. We rented 6 mopeds and had them delivered for the week. We drove them north as far as possible out to Isla Blanca, most stunning beach with just a few locals. Drove them to restaurants and grocery, etc....

“We loved our stay. The house is beautifully decorated. The property has 3 shared pools but we had them to ourselves the entire stay. The beach is a close walk away as are connivence stores and restaurants. It was cheaper than a resort. Would recommend!”
