Extremely disappointing experience.We arrived at the property to check-in time, only to be told our unit wasn’t ready because the host had not communicated our reservation. To make matters worse, we weren’t even listed for our arrival date. After wasting a significant amount of time waiting, we finally received access to the condo into the late evening. While the location and views are beautiful, the overall experience did not justify the cost. Due to the lack of clean beds and poor handling of our arrival, we chose not to stay beyond the first night.At checkout, the situation worsened. We were accused of staining two towels and a bath mat with hair dye and charged 35. This was not only inaccurate, but unrealistic given we barely had time in the room beyond sleeping. When we asked to see the items, the stains appeared to be makeup—not hair dye & the cleaning staff said it was in a closet, which I don’t even think the place had closets.To add to the frustration, we were told payment for the charge could only be made in cash, and they initially refused to provide a proper receipt. After insisting, we were given a handwritten one & decreased the charge to 30.Overall, this was one of the most inhospitable and unprofessional experiences we’ve had. Poor communication, lack of cleanliness, and questionable charges made for an extremely unpleasant stay. Do not recommend.
