Deluxe Beachfront Piano Terra Condo # 6 a Nautibeach

Solo a 20 minuti di traghetto da Cancun Nautibeach Condos si trova sul lato nord di Isla Mujeres sulla spiaggia più famosa, Playa Norte.

Condo # 5, # 6, # 9 e # 17 sono di proprietà e gestiti da Katy e Dave Hochmayr, e non fanno parte della piscina in loco di noleggio. Il nostro ufficio di noleggio si trova poco prima dell'entrata di Nautibeach. Abbiamo uno staff meraviglioso disponibile per aiutarti con tutto ciò di cui potresti aver bisogno durante il tuo soggiorno.

Condo # 6 è un condominio al piano terra con due camere da letto garantito vicino alla piscina. Entrambe le camere hanno letti king size e la seconda camera ha un piccolo lavandino con una vanità. Ci sono ripiani in granito in cucina, un piano cottura a 4 fuochi e un forno a grandezza naturale. Si trova al piano terra per un facile accesso alla piscina e spiaggia. Il patio è due volte più grande dei balconi dei condomini al secondo e terzo piano di Nautibeach, rendendo più piacevole godersi tranquille mattinate e serate dalla terrazza privata con vista sui giardini tropicali e sulla piscina.

Il servizio di pulizia (giornaliero o come richiesto) è disponibile senza costi aggiuntivi.

Abbiamo anche affittare un condominio # 5 (proprietà ID # 303.230), che ha un patio che è collegato al cortile di un condominio # 6. Per gruppi superiori a 4, le grandi fioriere possono essere rimossi tra i due cortili di collegamento. Per i singoli affitti, i piantatori sono tenuti in posizione fornendo patii privati.

Situato sulla nostra proprietà è il ristorante, Mayan Beach Club - un luogo ideale per la prima colazione, il pranzo o la cena e uno dei migliori spot dell'isola per osservare i tramonti. Sedie a sdraio e ombrelloni sia intorno alla piscina e sulla spiaggia per i nostri ospiti.

Tutte e sei le ville sono eleganti, decorate con gusto e completamente arredate con tutto il necessario per il vostro soggiorno. Tutte le ville dispongono di TV a schermo piatto, TV via cavo, docking station per iPod e Internet WiFi ad alta velocità. Forniamo teli mare e teli da bagno, lenzuola di alta qualità, asciugacapelli e ferro / tavola da stiro per il vostro uso. C'è una cassaforte in camera per conservare oggetti di valore e passaporti. Il servizio di pulizia (giornaliero o come richiesto) è disponibile senza costi aggiuntivi. Il personale in loco è a disposizione per accogliere i nostri ospiti nella creazione di noleggi di golf cart e altre attività.

Il nostro obiettivo principale per Isla Retreats è quello di offrire un'esperienza caraibica-messicana per soli adulti, tranquilla e unica. Gli ospiti possono allontanarsi dal trambusto del centro e della vita di tutti i giorni per rilassarsi e assaporare l'incantevole isola. Abbiamo progettato l'area comune per creare un ambiente tranquillo con una piscina di acqua salata riscaldata con cascate, sdraio e ombrelloni, giardini tropicali e un delizioso palapa. Volevamo mantenere il maggior spazio verde possibile, quindi abbiamo progettato la proprietà con molte piante tropicali e alberi di cocco. Ci sono anche molte straordinarie sculture in marmo e onice scolpite a mano in tutta la proprietà.

Fantastic little spot.

This was our first stay at Nautibeach. We absolutely loved it. We felt extremely safe and it felt like a little neighborhood tucked away. The beach spot was perfect. The staff was so friendly. It was the perfect vacation get away. The condo was super clean and had everything we needed.

Isla '24

We recently returned from our first of many trips to this beautiful island. I can't imagine even looking for another place to stay as Nautibeach was perfectly located and had all the amenities we needed to thoroughly enjoy our stay. We stayed in Condo 9 for reference and loved its location to the gate as well as the pool/beach/Mayan Beach Club. Looking forward to our return trip this spring.

Property was great. Perfectly stocked. Clean. Location was great close to dining, beaches, etc. Sweet to be able to walk to and from the beach or pool. We would definitely stay here again. Host was great! Staff was friendly.

We had a great time staying at the condo. Location was great for restaurants and things to do. We had all the items we needed to cook and be comfortable. We walked out patio door steps from the pool and beach . Would highly recommend this condo.

Perfection

No complaints, only praise! So happy we choose Condo #6 for our week long stay with kids. The location is perfect. Nautibeach has a pool and a swimup bar that is operated by the beach club next door... Mayan Beach. You can run a tab and pay with pesos or credit card. The condo has everything you could need and its cleaned every other day (unless you need more). Amazing job, use the tip jar! 2 king beds, plenty of dishes, microwave, water....the condo has everthing. Steps to the pool and beach. Good A/C that you can turn off when you leave and its still comfortable when you get back hours later and cools everything off fast. .even in June! The employees at Nautibeach are great, the location cant be beat...thank you Katy for an amazing week. We cant wait to come back!

Perfect Stay!

We loved the location and the low key vibe of Katy’s condo. It was so convenient to be in and out to the pool and beach. It was hard to tell From the pictures just how close to the beach and pool you really are (closer than it appears!). The condo was clean, easy to get to, and easy to walk to many places for meals. The on-site Mayan Beach Club has excellent food that has a very upscale presentation that (pleasantly) surprised us! We had some appetizers the night we arrived, as well as breakfast a couple of our mornings which made it really convenient. Katy was very easy to deal with and was responsive to my emails. I requested something special to be in the condo upon our arrival as it was my daughter’s birthday the day we arrived. I was a little disappointed it wasn’t there when we arrived, but when I let Katy know she did have it there that evening. It would’ve been a fun surprise, but not a huge deal. She came through in the end! There is a nice binder with lots of information and recommendations for places to eat in the condo. Be sure to have cash, as most places don’t accept credit cards. We used one of the baggage men with the bicycle at the ferry port to transport our luggage to the condo. He came back the night before we left to see what time he could come to help with our return, and was there the next morning waiting to load up our luggage. He took the bags to the port and waited for us there. By the time we waited in line and boarded the ferry, he had our bags loaded right onto the ferry (we had 8 bags and tipped him $20 each time…well worth it). We love our stay at Katy’s condo and love the vibe of Isla Mujeres. We are already planning our next trip to return, and would definitely stay at this condo again.

Loved it!

Loved the condo and its location. Such a pleasure to work with! Beach front and walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars. The condo was fully equipped!! Beautiful place. close to pool. Perfect!! Such a wonderful week. There is also a restaurant on site with full bar. Can't wait to return!

Fantastic stay at Nautibeach Condo

We had such a wonderful stay at this lovely condo. Katy was so helpful with details and recommendations leading up to the stay and the property rental staff were there to answer any questions we had. The condo is so well equipped and perfectly located. We enjoyed the super easy access to a playa Norte as well as to town. The condo is so quiet in the evenings. We would love to come back sometime with family and rent both units side by side!

Great communication with Katy made this process seamless. She was quick to answer any questions and she also sent a very informative email prior to arrival. The condo was extremely clean and comfortable with the location being superb. Walking distance to town was super convenient and quick. Our group felt very safe in our surroundings. AWESOME!!!!

My husband and I spend five nights here in September and it was wonderful. Love the beach area! It's not rough like some of the other areas on the island. Loved being able to just float around and not be pulled away by a strong current. The Mayan Beach Club is a great place to eat and they will bring drinks to you on the beach as well. Loved having the beach chairs and umbrella included. We rented a golf cart right from the check in office and toured the whole island several times. Felt safe everywhere we went. We walked to Hildago street at night as it has many restaurants and outdoor music. Staying in unit 6 was awesome because you walk out your door straight to the pool and beach....no dealing with stairs. Condo AC's worked great and we were never hot. We took pecos with us and it's mush better to do this. You can use US dollars but the exchange rate when you get change will be less. Be sure to tip well everyone is so nice and will go out of their way to help. They have been hit hard with tourism being closed for so long. We will be back for sure!!

Great Stay at Nautibeach 6 & 17

What’s not to love about Nautibeach?! The condo #6 was just as described, equipped with everything we needed for our weeklong stay. The location couldn’t be better... steps from the pool and a few more steps to the beach. Great food, massages and yoga all within close walking distance. Katy was a joy to work with. Very responsive. We had a plumbing issue a few days into our stay and within less than an hour we were moved to another of Katy’s condos (#17)... equally nice and what we may have lost in convenience (not much) we made up for with a fabulous view. The entire complex is beautifully maintained. Everyone works so hard and is very friendly. Can’t wait to return soon!!!

Great Spot! Just what we wanted

We had a great time. We have been to the island before and knew where we wanted to stay. This property worked well. Security staff were all friendly. The rooms had their own AC controls as well as the living room. Beds were comfortable. We had great access to the pool and beach. There is a place right where you check in to rent golf carts if desired. Katy even stopped by to say hello and check how we were.
