    Zyanya è un'esclusiva proprietà fronte oceano situata a Punta Sur. La casa contiene quattro grandi camere matrimoniali ognuna con il proprio bagno padronale privato, tutte con vista sull'oceano. La camera da letto al piano inferiore, anch'essa accessibile alle persone su sedia a rotelle, non è solo affacciata sull'oceano ma è aperta a bordo piscina per un facile accesso. Ognuna delle tre camere da letto al piano superiore ha un balcone privato con le più incredibili viste sull'oceano. Al piano superiore c'è una vasca centrale con una grande vasca da bagno di grandi dimensioni per l'intera casa per divertirsi e fuggire dopo una lunga giornata in spiaggia, in piscina o esplorando l'isola. L'ampio soggiorno doppio di grandi dimensioni e la cucina con porte scorrevoli dal soffitto al pavimento si aprono verso l'esterno consentendo alle brezze oceaniche di riempire la casa. La grande piscina a sfioro sull'Oceanside e il ponte attrezzato con lettini, zona pranzo e sedie sono perfetti per intrattenere.
    C'è una cucina dello chef e una zona lavanderia extra-large. La casa ha i più incredibili mobili curati a mano e una vasta collezione d'arte che la rende una proprietà desiderabile sull'isola.

What a fabulous stay from start to finish. Angel helped us arrange transportation, golf cart rentals and charter catamaran. The house is gorgeous and beds were the most comfortable we’ve ever slept on! Our party of 13 enjoyed the pool and huge living room and Luis the chef was just amazing. Five stars all around.

This place was absolutely amazing. The host, Angel, was a 12 out of 10. She went above and beyond in every way and truly treated us like her own family.When we needed a doctor to come to the house, she arranged everything—and the doctor arrived within an hour. When we wanted massages, she connected us with a provider, and they ended up being some of the best massages we’ve ever had.The beds were hands-down the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in while traveling. The staff was incredibly kind, warm, and friendly, and fresh coffee was made for us every single morning. The house staff even did our laundry daily, which made the experience feel effortless.The home itself is stunning—the surround sound system is incredible, the pool was perfect, and every detail was thoughtfully done. It truly was the best of both worlds: the comfort and privacy of staying in your own home, with the service and experience of a luxury hotel or all-inclusive resort.This was a five-star-plus stay. Opulence and elegance everywhere you look. We absolutely cannot wait to come back.

Best trip ever! Angel was a very attentive host. Always very responsive. The house and views are incredible. The staff- Luis, Roxanna and Nancy are the reason we will book this home again. They went above and beyond expectations in every possible way. Can’t say enough about these amazing people. The food they cook is the best on the island and they are incredibly friendly. 5 female colleagues all went to this VRBO and had the time of our lives - the property is gorgeous, the private chef was amazing, and we like to go to different places as a friend group but will go back to this one next year - this overlooks the ocean and the house is spacious and comfortable and looks like something from a movie - wonderful place

We had the best time at this beautiful house. Everything is so clean and designed to perfection. We had the best food and drinks thanks to Louis, Roxana, Marina and Nancy. They took such good care of us, gave us recommendations around the island. As we walked out, we started planning out next trip back!

This was the best place I have ever stayed at. The host and team were super communicative. She was available at all times to help anyway and went above and beyond. Chef Luis and the cooking team was the highlight of our stay. The best food we have ever eaten ANYWHERE. They took our trip from awesome to the best trip. I cannot thank them enough for the time and effort they put to making our stay one of the best!

It’s my second time staying here now with friends, we were celebrating our 40th birthdays.Hire Luis the chef! He’s food is AMAZING!!! Worth every penny! and Roxana, oh Roxana is there to pamper you as well, she is there serving you drinks, cleaning, prepping food , snacks and for pretty much anything you might need, everyone there is SO accommodating. The house is spectacular! I can’t say enough about it.We tried a new hotel before getting there but I was highly disappointed, nothing compares to Zyanya, the level of detail and care, cleanliness, just everything.It’s just paradise!! A little piece of heaven! You won’t regret staying here!

Couldn’t have asked for more. The staff and the beauty of this house made our experience!! We came with family and friends to celebrate my husbands birthday. Family and friends had rentals nearby and would come hang out at Zyanya all day! Luis and staff are top notch and I wouldn’t have asked for anyone better.

Zyanya, Luis and the Ladies!Let me start with a few defining tidbits about myself….I do not normally write reviews. I travel the USA and parts of the world FOR FOOD. I am from a small farm town originally (less than 1000 people) and I have a nose for people and food. I have 7 kids….I am not Mormon or Catholic. Family is the joy of life. Over a year ago my wife…aka Smokahontis and I began looking for a place to bring our large tribe to on Isla Mujeres. We had been 3-4 times before and countless times in Cancun, Playa Del Carmen and Tulum. Until last year over new years with a group of friends it had only been resorts and honestly that served us well. Now we are a growing family with a granddaughter, two daughter in laws and the rest of our original 9 pack family. We are a loud, food loving, game competing, sports watching, loser face deep consequence type of crew.Angel….the owner began responding to me with basic answers to basic questions. Which was fine and got us all ready as she easily booked our 3 golf carts, our airport and island transfers and booked LUIS AND THE LADIES. Fast forward to the days just prior to arrival. Angel went into OVERDRIVE from a customer service vantage point and continues to be even now as I type this prior to our departure today. We head back to life as we know it and average food even if we eat out at the best we know. Our flights were all delayed and we had 4 separate groups of US arriving at separate times….she handled it al

If you are thinking about booking, think no longer and just book it. This property is absolutely amazing!!! The pictures definitely don't do it justice! The views are incredible. Chef Luis, Roxana, and Marina were wonderful and the food and drinks were delicious, I would definitely sign up for chef services again. From start to finish, just an incredible trip. Angel, the house host, was very responsive and so helpful in getting all our extras booked...transports from the airport to Isla Mujeres, golf carts, ruin dinner, fire dancers, groceries, etc...basically anything and everything you could every need. We will definitely be back!!!

Absolute perfection!

From the moment we stepped through the gorgeous front door to our last morning at Zyanya, our vacation was nothing short of perfection. The home is incredible! Ocean views from every room and no detail was overlooked. Angel was so helpful in booking transportation and arranging massages and facials. Chef Luis spoiled us with delicious meals and the margaritas were not to be missed! Our vacation passed much too quickly and we look forward to our return to beautiful Zyanya.

I don't have enough words to describe how wonderful this home and their staff are. It was better than a hotel and the attention to detail was 10 to 1. I will be back (everyday if I could) Luis is a treasure and the staff worked hard to make our 5 day trip unforgettable.
