Enjoy this villa with a majestic ocean view, Villas Marlin is located in a quiet area directly behind the exclusive kukulkan Plaza shopping center. Relax in the sun at one of the pools or go down to the white sand beaches.
The complex has 3 beautiful swimming pools (including kids pool), laundry service and 24 hour security with private and controlled entrance.
This 894-square-foot oceanfront condo is two stories tall and fully equipped with:
- Kitchen equipped with all appliances, granite countertops.
- The combined living room and dining area has an ocean view and dining table that seats 6 guests.
- It has two bedrooms: one includes two queen size beds, a full bathroom and a flat screen TV; The second bedroom is on the second level and has a queen size bed.
- The living room area features a flat screen TV, casual furnishings, and a comfortable queen sleeper sofa perfect for an adult or children.
- There is an additional full bath on the main level.
The Villas Marlin complex has 3 swimming pools (including a children's pool), Jacuzzis, beach access, laundry service and 24 hour security with private and controlled entrance and a very friendly staff.
The Villas are located in a quiet area directly behind the exclusive Kukulkan Plaza shopping center. The famous 'La Isla' shopping center is just a short walk away. This huge and exclusive "open air" mall offers a wide variety of restaurants, cafes, shops, a movie complex, aquarium and a food court overlooking the lagoon. You are just a few steps from the bank, restaurants, taxi rank and the bus stop used by most tourists
No need to rent a car - taxis are readily available and bus service is excellent, taking you wherever you want to go for a small bus fee.

Security gates and pool area were the extra that rounded out the beach experience. The double floor flat with balcony and views of the ocean were great. Very clean!

The property is in a perfect location and our view was amazing.The property was well stocked and it was great to be able to make breakfasts and lunches while enjoying both the pool and the beach. The owner and property manager were very helpful and excellent at communicating with me. We hope to visit again next year.

Court séjour dans la zona hotelera cancun

Séjour agréable à Cancun dans zone balnéaire. Notre condo était positionné et très propre. Par contre, l’appartement est plus petit que nous donne l effet des photos. Les deux salles de bain sont au rdc donc on doit voyager si on occupe la chambre du haut. Finalement, un des deux salles de bain est très exigue, sans comptoir. Dans l’ensemble beau séjour dans un secteur hôtelier où vous devez avoir un bon budget car les restos sont très dispendieux en général

Incredible view and fantastic location!

This condo was very clean and perfect for our stay. The beds were comfortable. We loved our time at the pool and enjoyed being so close to the beach. I loved having the sound of the waves crashing when we opened the balcony door. There’s a grocery store in the shopping plaza across the street which is very convenient. There are also excellent restaurants nearby! The area is very safe. We would stay here again.

Best vacation ever

My wife and I were looking for an apartment setting in a vacation area to stay for a month. Villas Marlín fulfilled that perfectly. We had a beautiful unit with living room/dining area, kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms/with showers. A spectacular view of the ocean and amazing sunrises from a nice balcony. The washer/dryer was a plus. Our unit owner accurately described the apartment in her listing. The manager, Elizabeth Padilla was very gracious and helpful. As soon as we arrived she met us and made sure we had everything we needed. The fact is that everything went so smoothly that there was nothing other than getting fresh bottled water which Elizabeth made certain was delivered. The pools are clean and well maintained. There is a snack shop at poolside. The beaches are public, but no safety issues. A lifeguard is present every day. A supermarket across the street in Plaza Kukulkán with ample variety of foods, ready made and to cook yourself. Many local restaurants within a ten minute walk. The best part is the social atmosphere of people visiting for a week or a month. It goes without saying that everyone we met living there or renting was very friendly and outgoing. It’s no wonder that people come back year after year. We will be part of that group as well. We can’t wait till next year.

Great location!

We are a family of 2 adults and 2 teens and we enjoyed our stay. The location is good - nice section of the beach. The condo is set back and up 2 rows from the beach, so while you aren’t right on the water you do have good ocean views. There is a good supermarket in the (mostly empty) mall behind the condo complex. Great bread selections each morning. There are a handful of restaurants within 1/2 mile. We walked to them each night. The condo itself is good. The main complex is a little ‘dated’, but the condo itself has been maintained well, has comfortable beds and was very clean. Having a washer/dryer was nice and the upstairs ‘living area’ worked well. There is living/kitchen and 1 bedroom (1 queen) upstairs with 2 bathrooms, washer/dryer and bedroom (2 queens) downstairs. Note: If you have a mobility challenged person in your party, the night-time navigation from the upstairs bedroom to the downstairs bathroom could be a problem. We managed, but bear that in mind. There is a pool snack bar on site and prices there seemed pretty reasonable. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.
