“I had a fully paid reservation, and at check-in I was asked to provide a credit card for the security deposit, which is perfectly understandable. However, even though I had four different credit cards, from four different networks, none of them worked with the hotel’s POS terminal. The issue was clearly not with my cards, but with the hotel’s payment system. “This stay was everything we hoped for clean, comfortable, and a refreshing escape. The cabin was very well kept and spotless when we arrived, and the whole experience felt peaceful, private, and safe. Waking up surrounded by nature was honestly the best reset. Special shoutout to Aaron and Kate for being incredibly kind and responsive (they made check-in/out and any questions super easy). We’ll definitely be back!”

“We had a pleasant stay at Garner Hotel Londonderry - Manchester by IHG. The hotel staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful from arrival and check-in through the rest of our stay. While it’s clear the property is older, it is well maintained. The rooms are very basic and amenities are minimal, but everything was clean and comfortable. Overall, the hotel felt welcoming, and we would stay here again.”
