From the first moment of walking in the door, the view of the Housatonic River was breathtaking. The beds are gorgeous and so comfortable. The room is very spacious and relaxing. Alla mail con la mia richiesta non ho mai ricevuto risposta, al mio non apparire in stanza nemmeno. Non lo consiglierei a nessuno: nel mezzo della campagna senza nessun tipo di assistenza”

“This was the worst Inn I have ever been in! Waste of money. So dirty with stains on the sheets and towels. There were hairs on the bed from previous customers, the dryer was not working. They literally have one person in office and they are so rude and not helpful at all. Me and my partner go to so many places and this was the worst experience we had and such a shame. Please avoid going here I never leave reviews but this was so bad that I thought to leave this for people who want to go here.”

“Dirty carpets, breakfast area had dirty tables and chairs. Staff was helpful but not visible. The bathroom was ok but the walls were not cleaned properly. The whole area was very poor maintained.”

“It was difficult to get into the room with two tricky combination locks. You can't watch any TV unless you know your streaming service passwords, no free TV. The coffee machine was plugged in but we couldn't figure out how to work it (no instructions available to read). The mattress was excellent and we slept well. Some might not like the train horns, but we didn't mind.”

“Good hotel. Room was clean and large. The kitchen had a microwave, mini fridge and sink. No utensils or plates provided, just some paper cups for coffee. No dishsoap. Shampoo had a strong mint additive that burned the skin. The breakfast was a bit poor. Just prepackaged muffins or bagels with egg. Not even toast or cereal. Coffee was good.”
