“Had a nice stay and very very courteous staff and always ready to assist”

“When we first checked in to the hotel (rooms 333 and 334), the rooms were clearly not dusted in a while (could see visible dust on the nightstands, lamps, water bottles, rods in bathroom etc.). The sofa had large spots and were dirty. The WiFi was spotty too (general property had 30+MBps while the room had a weak ~1MBps had frequent connection drops). We immediately called the reception and let them know about the issue. We felt we booked the wrong place for our stay. The staff's reaction...

“Novotel Candolim is a very good and centrally located property with all the amenities you could ever wish and you can walk to any local shop or restaurant within a few minutes. “It was the worst place we have ever stayed even though we have stayed here before the boys were none existent at times room room had not been cleaned no fridge when they did bring one it wasn’t even good enough for the tip no kettle but got one EVENTUALLY minus cups bathroom was overrun with ants wardrobe stunk wouldn’t put my clothes anywhere near them left in case.
