“A very enjoyable stay, the room was beautifuly decorated with plenty of space. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Had a meal in the restaurant first evening which was very enjoyable. Great outdoor and indoor space to have a drink. Poole is a lovely area and we thought this hotel was very good value.”

“I stayed for 2 nights and didnt fully experience what the hotel had to offer such as the spa, swimming pool, restaurant and bar area as i had my dog with me and understood that dogs wasnt allowed in the public areas ..... i would go back and stay again and hopefully get to enjoy the spa experience. ”

Noi abbiamo avuto un problema con il riscaldamento della stanza, dopo vari tentativi di risolverlo, accensione di stufetta elettrica un poco desueta, su insistenza ci hanno cambiato la stanza, più spaziosa e se vogliamo caratteristica essendo in mansarda ma con i letti oggettivamente un poco sfondati.
