“Canmore is great. Place was average. Small furnishings could be improved and the second shower is barely usable for an adult. Resort was above average with hot tub, no jets. Fitness center. We didn’t use the spa but there is one. Also a restaurant on property which looked good but we ate out. Lots of great places in Canmore. I would look at other options to stay in Canmore. “Room was very clean, staff was great. But the ad was very misleading regarding location. The ad showed it being in Spring Creek area and the actual location was not revealed until non-refundable payment was made. Very unimpressed as we wanted the other area! False advertising!”

“The major problem: The owners/managers don’t communicate with us at all, despite multiple attempts during and after our stay. Not once. Totally unacceptable. The unit itself is OK. The shower taps are broken, the unit is over some sort of HVAC vent, so it sounds like a snowblower is going off outside your living room on a regular basis.”

“The stay was good. The king bed was nice the pillows were a bit too hard. The view is of the mountains and there is a balcony to sit and have coffee if you like. There is an electric fireplace in the room. The room runs hot and you can’t really adjust the heat, it does seem preset. There is a light on the balcony that stays on all night, I think it’s on a timer. The breakfast has all you need hot and cold. The eggs, potatoes and waffles were great!
