This property is in the perfect location! There is an excellent view of the mountains and a beautiful park path directly across the street. Close to amazing dining in Canmore and a short distance from Banff. The Condo was beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and well-kept. The host was easy to contact and very responsive.

Condo is excellent and we enjoyed every minute of it except check in. Our access code was not activated on time or something went wrong that we struggled for a while. We wish VRBO would provide direct contact info for owner or host to deal with direct when this happened

This rental was perfect in every way. Spring Creek is such a perfect location. It's away from the busy streets, and very close to a walking trail that follows the creek. The rental had everything we needed. It was clean, and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the heated floors in the washrooms. Parking outside the rental was really convenient. The Stirling restaurant just down the street was fabulous. I would love to come back!

We had a wonderful time on our recent trip to The Canadian Rockies. This was our first trip to this destination and we do plan to return in the future. We were thrilled with our decision to stay in Canmore and we loved the Spring Creek area. This unit was exactly as it was described and the owner was very accommodating to any questions or requests we made.

Two couples spent 5 nights while visiting the beautiful sights of the area. It was a comfortable and convenient place from which to travel to Banff and Lake Louise. We found several nice restaurants in the area as well as outstanding golf courses (Banff Springs and Silver Tip). Owner provided all our needs and we were very satisfied. One recommendation to the owner: have a small electric fan available for each bedroom to assist in cooling off during the summer months.

We couldn't have asked for a better stay on our first visit to Alberta; the apartment was beautiful, fully equipped and five minutes' walk from the main streets of Canmore. And Eunjoo is a perfect hostess. She was always available with answers to any queries, really helpful with check-in and check-out, and even provided a bottle of wine and cheese 'n' crackers when it was clear we were going to arrive too late to shop for food.

We would stay in the Rundle Cliffs units again, but this Owner has been our ONLY bad VRBO experience. Do yourself a favor and move on to another Owner. We wrote this long review to save others from our bad experience with this angry, toxic person. Our family has been using VRBO for a while, probably 7-8 rentals total. Always for long periods near ski areas, in upscale units. The unit was in good condition. It even had a heated floor, which was a bonus the Owner had not mentioned. Overall, the Rundle Cliffs complex (where this unit is located) seemed new and was within walking distance to surprisingly quaint old downtown Canmore. There was building construction nearby, but noise was not an issue for us. And though the unit's windows are adjacent to a street and sidewalk, vehicular and pedestrian traffic were minimal. If you are considering renting from this Owner, be warned that you may be falsely accused with no basis and no evidence of having broken something, so that the Owner can keep the entire, very high, cleaning deposit. For us, the false claim came a day and a half after we had checked out. After explaining you broke nothing, you can expect a litany of angry and accusatory texts (all in broken English). Either due to her temperament or her language difficulties, the tone will be irrational, escalatory, and personally venomous. In our case, she changed from "you broke a desk" to claims that we had left the place a mess, had more occupants than claimed, our children were adults, etc. Be warned. You do not want this toxicity to taint your vacation memories. These are cut and pasted verbatim from her communications. Trust us, and stay away.... "I just came to my place to check and desk is broken and the I cannot close the drawer. What happened ? I bought this desk all most 4000 paid. Could you explain what happened for desk ?" "You even tell a lie to me. You asked me discount for the first time." "So sad. People are like this. How old your kids ? How many people were here ?" "At least you should say to me sorry about this and ask how you can do for this desk .. You even discounted the rates that was already reduced and You broke my desk . What you can do this for me ?" We will work with the credit card company and VRBO to get our money back. She may "reply" to this. If you read it, imagine you are in our shoes and did nothing wrong and are on the receiving end of whatever allegations she makes. Again, move on. Not worth it.

Property owner was very attentive, kind and informative. She gave spot on recommendations for things to do in the area. Park pass was a definite perk. We went to Banff several times and while it was nice we are glad we actually stayed in Canmore. Not one miss on the restaurant choices and no huge buses crowding the roadways and area in general. Eunjoo was so right when she sent us to Morraine lake. It was so much more picturesque than Lake Louise.... but easy to visit both. The parking directly out the unit was very convenient as well. Easy to unload into the back entrance of the unit. The property was very nice and loved the boardwalk for walking into the downtown Canmore area. Eliminated the need to park the car and the walk was most helpful in walking of the meals! The heated floors were very nice and this is a very well insulated unit. The unit itself is clean and well appointed and the kitchen was very nice with all the conveniences and a varied choice of coffees. The natural soaps were a very pleasant surprise. Hope to return to the area again someday and will be hoping to stay in this same unit again.

We stayed here for a week during mid-August. I don't know what I can add to what others have said about Eunjoo and the condo: the place is spotless, seems like new, is full of thoughtful touches, and Eunjoo is most responsive and helpful. Eunjoo met us to walk us through the property and responded promptly to all of our questions throughout our stay. The parks pass is a particularly thoughtful touch, since you will need a pass if you stop anywhere inside Banff of other Canadian parks (and there can be a long line to purchase passes as you enter the park). There are also maps and guides to the many area activities in the condo. The bed in the master bedroom was really comfortable and everything was top notch. We'd never been to the Canadian Rockies before and Canmore was the best choice of a base. It's only 15-20 minutes from Banff, but much less fussy and expensive. There are plenty of good restaurants in Canmore and the condo is within walking distance if you don't want to drive. As one of the reviewers mentioned, there are walking/hiking trails all through town and some of the prettiest ones are just outside the door of the condo. We love the property and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. The reviewing guide say to mention anything you disliked about the property or the nearby attractions, and I couldn't think of anything--and I'm a pretty hard audience!

My husband and I spent 8 days in this lovely condo along the banks of Spring Creek. The unit was very well appointed, beautifully furnished and very clean. We only used the master bedroom but found it to be very comfortable. The mattresses were wonderful!! The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed. We chose this location because we thought the view of the creek would be nice. It was everything we expected and more. We were able to walk right outside our door and cross the footbridge that leads to a path to town, which is only a few blocks. The scenery is spectacular. Eunjoo was very responsive and easy to work with. She takes excellent care of her property. We highly recommend.

This property was spotless, beautifully decorated and well appointed. We were so very impressed from the second we stepped through the doors. The fruit, Brie/Crackers and bottle of red wine that greeted us on our early check in were icing on the cake. The decor. linens, and beds were in a word comfort! An amazing location and very convenient access are perks as well. The owner was so attentive and kind ... responding almost immediately to any questions or requests. You will not be disappointed with your stay at Rundle Cliff Lodge in this stunning unit.

The property was as described.. comfortable, well appointed, a little luxurious even. Good access to the big ski resorts. Canmore is a very good alternative to Banff weighing up cost vs. value. The owner of this property greeted us, gave us a quick review of the mechanics of the condo and then left us to settle in. But not without leaving behind a decent bottle of wine, some cheese and fruit. Several other 'Extra' touches like this made this home a very enjoyable retreat. Highly recommended!

We stayed at this property for a post Christmas getaway and just loved it. I would highly recommend this lovely condo to family and friends looking for a great place to stay in the mountains that is close to ski hills, cross country and snowshoe trails. The condo is situated close to the creek, where the pathways that take you to town are beautiful - a great place to view the mountains. The condo is beautifully equipped and the owner made certain we felt welcomed and pampered with thoughtful extras. Underground parking and a park pass were really appreciated as was the outdoor hot tub! There were five of us, and more than enough room for everyone. I will book this spot again, the next time we head to Canmore.

This was a wonderful condo full of all the amenities you could want for your stay. Top it off with wonderful views of the mountains, close proximity to the streets of Canmore and an owner who does what she can to make your holiday special and you have a great vacation! We would highly recommend this location to friends and family.
