“We had a very short 2 night stay here. The small apartment was just enough for us. It was a bit of a tight space in the bathroom doorway with the water heater right there when you go in, we kept bumping into it. The area was great, right in the middle of so many restaurants and stores! Not too far from the water taxi stop so easy to get around. ”

“Buonasera, riguardo all'appartamento Ambra a mio parere non era all'altezza per i seguenti motivi: Divano letto molto scomodo, la rete era sfondata e sembrava di dormire con i piedi per aria. Condizionatore che si bloccava Non c'era ne una scopa ne una cassetta per poter pulire. Non c'era nemmeno uno straccio per poter pulire i piatti e le posate lavate Le padelle erano poche, e alcune anche incrostate. Era stato promesso di sostituire il tostapane che ha provocato un corto circuito ma...

“4 women celebrating our 65th birthdays and we had a blast! The apartment was perfect for us. One loft with bed and bathroom. One bedroom to sleep 2 One bedroom and bathroom to sleep 2 Main floor had kitchen, bathroom, dining room and couch. Very clean and beautiful. Right on a small canal. It was amazing! Great location. Only 5 minute walk to catch the boat to Murano. Alessandro was easy to communicate with.”

“Appartement confortable. Tres bien situé en dehors des espaces touristiques trop achalandés et plus cher. Cependant , il est situé à 30 minutes de marche de ces endroits. Bons restos à proximité pour déjeuner, dîner et souper. L’air climatisé de la chambre principale très bruyant. Beaucoup de moustiques si on ouvre les fenêtres.”

"Bella struttura in palazzo d'epoca in ottima posizione comoda a stazione e locali, stanza grande e molto confortevole ma poco curata, in bagno erano rotti il porta carta igienica, il cestino della spazzatura, lo scopino del WC e il porta asciugamani, inoltre la pulizia in molte zone era trascurata, un vero peccato, personale molto gentile e disponibile."

"Il nostro soggiorno e stato caratterizzato da un serio problema di rumore notturno derivante dal vano tecnico su cui la camera (nr 109) si affacciava. Praticamente non siamo riusciti a dormire se non per brevi tratti. Dovrei dire che a parte questo il resto é stato nella norma di un 4 stelle. Ma questo problema ha veramente rovinato il weekend. E penso sia lo stesso per tutte le camere che si affacciano sul medesimo lato. Oltretutto problema non risolvibile visto che si tratta di impianto tecnico di tutto l'hotel. "
