Hotel per fare shopping a San Polo

“The place is in a great location, and the property manager is nice. There was an issue with one of our payments not going through correctly - instead of canceling on us right as we were arriving, they called us have us re-submit. They made sure the company didn’t cancel on us due to a misunderstanding. Would stay here again”

“The apartment was in a good location easy to get to family in San Polo, close to great shopping and sites such as Rialto Bridge and San Marco. It appears before our stay that a pre arrival check was not done. Someone had taken down drapes and left pieces of curttain rods on the ground and hanging off the wall. The very dirty drapes were left unwashed in the washer and the blow dryer did not work. The stairs were under construction which was an issue as the apartment was a fourth floor walk...
