There was an issue with one of our payments not going through correctly - instead of canceling on us right as we were arriving, they called us have us re-submit. They made sure the company didn’t cancel on us due to a misunderstanding. Would stay here again”

“The apartment was in a good location easy to get to family in San Polo, close to great shopping and sites such as Rialto Bridge and San Marco. It appears before our stay that a pre arrival check was not done. Someone had taken down drapes and left pieces of curttain rods on the ground and hanging off the wall. The very dirty drapes were left unwashed in the washer and the blow dryer did not work. The stairs were under construction which was an issue as the apartment was a fourth floor walk...

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Venice at Campiello Del Spezier. The apartment was more than enough room for our family of four. Renata met us at the apartment to explain the nuances of the apartment and give us some Venice treats. There was an abundance of shops and restaurants nearby. Our only regret is that we did not leave ourselves with enough time to visit Murano and Burano Islands. Maybe next time. “Great location, very convenient to walk to many sites, as well as vaporetto and airport shuttle. Lots of great cafes, bars, and restaurants nearby. Located on somewhat busy campo, but no issues at all with noise.”
