Sofa could be more inviting since the tv is in the kitchen and you want somewhere to relax after a long day walking. Toaster didn’t work but that didn’t really affect us. “We had an excellent stay at this apartment in Venice. Very clean, smooth check in process, good communication, and great location for walking to all the major sights. Also close to restaurants and water taxi stops. The one downfall, which is not communicated is that the apartment is located on a side street, and there is a bar/restaurant below. They were LOUD until 2 a.m. every night. Also, there are specific instructions from the host that "quiet hours" are between 10 p.m.- 8 a.m. so as...
