“Hottest day in May on record and the heating was on in my room. After speaking with staff three times and an hour and a half later, I was moved to another room. In spite of the wonderful advert featuring a restaurant I was told no kitchen tonight. Second room was very noisy overlooking the car park which doubles as a camping ground for motor homes, with ten present. No mattress cover and a very dirty mattress. “hotel is ok. self check in doesn't work mostly which you would think they can fix this. rooms have no Aircon so if its warm i wouldn't stay there. they give fans in the room. its not a horrible hotel but its really on par with a holiday inn or similar. its not really a great hotel but ok if the prices are cheap then its not a bad place to stay. overall they try to minimize any help or extras to keep costs low which i guess is how it goes.”
