Four king bedrooms give everyone room to rest, and the whole home is set up for a group to gather comfortably.



THE LOCATION:

Canobolas Cottage sits in rural Canobolas, a 10-minute drive from Orange's shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. Lake Canobolas is close by for a lakeside walk, the Lakeside Kiosk & Cafe, the Orange Mountain Bike Park, and picnics at the water's edge. Fiorini's, a local favourite for Italian, is nearby, and the region's cellar doors are on the doorstep — Borrodell (5 mins), Rowlee (6 mins), See Saw (7 mins) and Printhie (9 mins), plus Colmar Estate and Brangayne along Pinnacle Road. Pinnacle Lookout offers sweeping valley views, and the Federal Falls walking track is a 13-minute drive.

Other Things to Note:

Working orchard: As the property is surrounded by working orchards, you may occasionally hear what sounds like gunshots during the day — this is used to scare birds away from the fruit. Please reach out if you'd like any more information.

- Fireplace: This property has a fireplace that you are more than welcome to use if you wish. Instructions are in the home and also in your check in details closer to your arrival. Firewood is not provided, however, there are several local providers or you can message us ahead of time and we can help you organise to have some available when you arrive.
