“Upon arrival I thought our room did not have carpet which I was disappointed to learn it did. When I booked it showed a room with no carpet. The shower was not very clean, the carpet was dirty with old peanuts on the floor as well. Our door lock broke 2 days into our trip. The staff immediately moved us to a better room with no carpet which was much cleaner but we had issues with the toilet not flushing and the shower was either scalding hot or too cold.
