The Space:

Perfectly situated just 500m from Canterbury West train station & 900m from the Cathedral, this spacious home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests - ideal for families and groups.



Refurbished in August 2024, the house features beautiful design throughout, with unique artwork and furnishings adding a special touch.

The dream house for a summer outdoors! We have a massive garden with access to the river Stour. There is a fire pit and picnic tables.



DINING AREAS:

The dining room inside the house seats up to 6 people and is ideal for a sit-down meal in the evening.



KITCHEN/COOKING FACILITIES:

The kitchen has all the essentials to cook your favourite meals in Canterbury. There is an electric hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster & washing machine.



LAUNDRY FACILITIES:

We have a brand-new washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board for your use.



BATHROOMS/TOILETS:

There is 1 full-size bathroom at the property with a toilet, sink and shower. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor.



Guest Access:

You will have full access to the entire property during your stay. From the comfortable bedrooms to the well-equipped kitchen, inviting dining area, and relaxing lounge - it's all yours to enjoy.



Other Things to Note:

🏡 RULES:



No Parties: This property is strictly not suitable for parties. Breaching this rule will result in immediate removal from the property without a refund, and your deposit may be used to cover any extra costs incurred. Please note, this house is in a quiet residential area, and quiet hours after 9pm must be respected.



No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A standard charge of £500 will be applied to your card if evidence of smoking is found, to cover deep cleaning and any resulting damage.



🚗 PARKING:



We have free private parking on site with space for 2 cars (1 car on the driveway and 1 car in the garage).



🛁 Long Stay Cleaning Policy:



For stays longer than 14 nights, we require a clean to be booked every 14 nights thereafter, at the cost of the guest. During these cleans, the entire property will be refreshed, consumables restocked, and linens and towels changed. Please contact us for further discounts when booking long stays.



👶 Travel Cot:



The travel cot does not come with linen.
