“We highly recommend this property! The rooms were extremely clean, the AC was very cool. The neighborhood was clean and friendly. I stayed for work purposes, and walked to my meetings at the university. Each morning I walked to The Fruited Plain Cafe for amazing cinnamon rolls (not that I needed to because the kitchen is fully stocked with everything one would need to cook any meal. “Everything was as expected. Even being a lower level apartment, I was never cold. The bed was super comfortable! The neighborhood was really quiet, as I barely saw anyone around. If I ever again need a place to stay in Sioux Falls I would definitely check to see if it was available. ”
