“Absolutely no complaints. The staff was exceptionally helpful and polite. Everything was in great shape. The breakfast was well-maintained and very clean. Would absolutely stay with them again.”

“Important: there is ONE washer and ONE dryer that ONLY take quarters! It’s 2026 and you can not use a card for this! Of course lobby runs out of quarters quickly. And machines are always in use. This is important to note if you are there for a multi day tournament.”

She literally watched me carrying stuff in and trying to figure out how to use the key (which in on the wall not on the door) and dropping things and offered no assistance. She then charged us $150 when we asked for towels. That $150 took talking to the manager and 6 days to get back. We were also charged the incidentals fee of $150. “Great hotel”

“The place was very clean. Check in/out was effortless. Had a cooktop, medium fridge/freezer instead of a mini, sink in kitchen area and microwave. The only one thing I missed was a way to have coffee in the room. Maybe a small Keurig even if had to purchase pods. But for the price I can understand not having one. Could definitely be an extended stay, just bring your own coffee maker.”
