From the very sweet lady at the front desk when we checked in (gave us some cupcakes), the lady and gentlemen that cleaned up my mess when I spilled a cup of coffee and the maintenance man that brought us a luggage rack and got our room changed when the air conditioner wouldn't work. All were super!”

“the staff was excellent however the internet access did not work. the serve kept going down. the elevator was broken and they were waiting to have it repaired. i was on the 2nd floor. also they lobby was under construction the day i checked in so it was a mess and very noisy during the day. Staff was great they kept apologizing. A little heads up would have been nice soi could have made other accommodations.”

“Seemed to be clean. 2 burner stove top. Mini fridge. TV very limited channels. Bathroom sink had no water pressure. Very spartan room. One male traveler just OK. Would not want wife and/or family staying there.”

“Important: there is ONE washer and ONE dryer that ONLY take quarters! It’s 2026 and you can not use a card for this! Of course lobby runs out of quarters quickly. And machines are always in use. This is important to note if you are there for a multi day tournament.”

“Room was clean, staff were professional, breakfast was average at best. There was no where available outside to sit and visit with friends, we either had to be in the lobby with several other groups gathered around the TV and a pinochle or cram into someone's room. A table and a few chairs outside would have been nice”
