“This home was perfect for our Thanksgiving holiday with family and friends. The dining room table was the perfect size, the home is spacious and we didn’t feel crowded- we loved the bamboo mattresses and copper pillows- slept great! “The place was just as described. Very nice, convenient to everything, as well as clean & very quiet. Any questions I had were answered promptly. The bay was just across the street which was great for walks. My family lives in Gulf Breeze, and I plan on renting this place again when I visit. The thing I missed the most, the left over condiments, seasoning, coffee creamer, sweetener, etc. All the things we buy on a trip that we only need a little of & typically leave for the next guest. Everything was comfortable and well set up, and we had a great time.I just wanted to mention two small things for your awareness:•The bathtub didn’t seem to drain water very quickly, possibly due to a hair clog.•Dishwashing pods were missing.Other than these minor items, everything was excellent. The game room was used a lot, the boys enjoyed it tremendously!! The pool was clean and there were lots of pool toys available. The house was just as described and pictured. It was clean, the kitchen well stocked, nice washer & dryer, plenty of bath towels, pool towels and beach towels, beds were comfy!! There were beach toys and lots of beach chairs...

“The rental is spacious and well equipped. Everything was in working order, refrigerator, stove, microwave. Plenty of dishes, pans etc... Nice size TV and lots of windows for plenty of sunshine. Room sizes were just perfect, not cramped for space. Nice front porch to sit out on and a very roomy fenced backyard. Nice laundry room separate from both units of the duplex. Plenty of beach supplies as well!!”
