“Our room was clean, although our daughter’s bathroom smelled like pee. The young man at the front desk immediately gave her another room, actually upgraded her to a suite!! It was great having a hot breakfast every morning too. ”

“Everything was great except that when we first entered the room, there was an overwhelming, extremely powerful cologne smell from an old man. It was like someone broke their cologne in the room before us. Not the staff's fault, I am sure, but it gave me a horrible headache. I bought an air freshener and opened the windows, but it didn't go away. I had a migraine the whole time. I am not sensitive to smells either, so this was extremely bad. ”
