The space opens to the family room and includes a cooktop, full size refrigerator, and plenty of counter space with bar seating. The second and third bedrooms are separated from the primary living space by the screened and covered breezeway and have a private access door with their own locking keypad. Bedroom one off the breezeway offers a set of full over full bunk beds with a private bath, and hill country views and bedroom two offers a queen bed coupled with comfortable linens, private bath, and hill country views.

A back gate just off the porch leads down to a dry creek offering a welcoming location for exploring nature. A relaxing swim spa is an ideal place to enjoy a favorite beverage or get your daily workout in. Kick back with a cool one and watch a favorite sports team on the outdoor television. A propane grill can be found in the garage area for those who want to get their grill on.
If you are looking for outdoor fun, only minutes away is Potters Creek Park that offers a public boat ramp, fishing , and picnic areas. Hannock Trail is also only minutes away, enjoy a beach area, swimming, and nature trails. Overlook Park is a short drive with great views of Canyon Lake, as well as the Dam.
