Enjoy lake views from the upper level deck, a relaxing hot tub, game room, and magical outdoor spaces to include a fire pit. With plenty of green space for all, bring along your furry friends for an additional fee. The grass is definitely greener at the Green Roof Cottage!

Upon arrival, guests are met with an inviting storybook two level cottage. The 1st level is where the fun begins with the game space located in the garage area: a Ping Pong Table, Air Hockey, and a Foosball Table, along with video games make for a fun and inviting space. Enjoy a beverage or two at the bar area and watch your favorite sports team on the large screen television. Open the side garage door and find a hidden treasure, a relaxing hot tub with twinkling lights, follow the lighted pathway to the ring of fire surrounded with outdoor seating. A half bath and laundry room are located inside the house just off the game space.

The second level leads to the living space, kitchen, and bedrooms. With lovely hill country views, wood flooring, and an upper level deck, guests are sure to find this a welcoming space. Find an open floor plan, with a roomy living space and plenty of seating. Guests will appreciate the lovely tile work in the spacious kitchen that offers everything one will need to prepare fabulous meals. The living room hosts a large screen TV, and plenty of room for movie or game nights. A charming second level deck with picturesque views makes for a peaceful space to enjoy a morning cup of coffee. Grill up favorites and enjoy a romantic meal under the stars and end the evening with a nightcap cozied up next to the chiminea.
Choose from one of the two lovely bedrooms; the master bedroom, hosts a king bed with a neutral palette, mounted television, plenty of storage, and hill country views, the perfect way to awaken after a restful night's sleep. The second bedroom offers soft linens with a pop of color, a twin over full bunk bed as well as a separate twin bed, the perfect space for the kids to retire for the night. Just outside the bedrooms A full bath with a walk in shower is conveniently located. An additional half bath is located on the 1st floor next to the washing machine and dryer.
If you are looking for Hill Country fun, Old Hancock Trail is in the area for horseback riding and hiking. You can also enjoy a beach area with swimming and nature trails at Overlook Park, just a short drive away with great views of Canyon Lake as well as the Dam, or rent a pontoon boat or jet ski for the day! Take a day trip to Gruene, home to the historic Gruene Hall, to enjoy music and dancing, or dine at the delicious Gristmill Restaurant. The downtown square of Wimberley offers shopping in boutiques and coffee shops for a relaxing stroll around town. You can start your adventure by swimming and hiking at the famous Jacobs Well, fly across the sky at Zip Line Adventure, or drop by Blue Hole Regional Park for swimming and nature trails. Visit New Braunfels and float the beautiful Guadalupe River. Rent paddle boats or picnic at Landa Park, swim at the Spring Fed Pool, spend the day at Schlitterbahn Water Park, or visit one of the local wineries or breweries for wine or beer tasting.
