Questa lussuosa casa sul lungofiume di Guadalupe crea un ambiente di lusso viziato che supera la tariffa standard per il fiume Guadalupe. Questa casa è stata progettata come luogo di ritrovo per grandi gruppi. Situato sul famoso "Horseshoe Loop", e arroccato sulla collina si trova questa nuovissima casa spettacolare. Si trova direttamente dall'altra parte del fiume rispetto all'anfiteatro di Whitewater. Whitewater è un anfiteatro all'aperto lungo il suggestivo fiume Guadalupe con grandi nomi come Willie Nelson e Texas Troubadours. Questa casa ha tutto il necessario per la fuga perfetta! Dal momento in cui varcherete l'ingresso, rimarrete incantati! Questa spaziosa casa offre soffitti alti, un ampio piano aperto, una cucina gourmet completamente fornita, arredi moderni e molti tocchi di design. Il piano inferiore è il massimo del lusso! Goditi le splendide viste sul fiume Guadalupe attraverso le quattro porte scorrevoli in vetro e le ampie finestre. Penserai di vedere il doppio! La cucina ha 2 frigoriferi, 2 lavandini e 2 lavastoviglie. Ha anche un fabbricatore di ghiaccio "Sonic" !! Tu e tutto il tuo gruppo avrete un sacco di spazio per rilassarvi intorno alla bellissima isola personalizzata con 10 sgabelli da bar o i grandi tavoli da pranzo in stile fattoria che possono ospitare 10 ciascuno. Al piano inferiore dispone di 4 ampie camere da letto, 3 camere da letto con 2 letti queen size e il master ha un letto king size. Al piano superiore sono presenti altre 4 camere da letto con vista sul fiume. Tutte le 8 camere singole hanno il proprio termostato e il proprio bagno privato con doppio lavandino, vasca / doccia a immersione totale e servizi igienici, nonché smart TV. Esci sul primo patio coperto con una griglia a propano o cammina verso il patio di secondo livello dotato di una griglia a carbone per rilassarti al sole! Durante i fine settimana puoi ascoltare uno spettacolo all'Anfiteatro di Whitewater direttamente dal cortile, puoi persino vedere il palco! Continua lungo il percorso verso il tuo accesso privato all'acqua! Inizia qui i tubi, o semplicemente rinfrescati e guarda i tuberi passare. Vi è un ampio parcheggio di fronte alla casa per un totale di 20 ospiti. Questa casa è fantastica per gruppi numerosi ed è davvero unica nel suo genere!

Amazing House!

This house was amazing and was exactly as described. My friends and I go on a river trip every year. This is our 16th year with the same group of 30 friends. The house fit everyone perfectly. Every four people had their own bathroom and nobody had to deal with bunk beds. The ice maker was our favorite part. The only downfall is the outside porch was pretty small. It came with plenty of chairs but we couldn't all fit out there at the same time. We put corn hole boards down by the fire pit but you had to walk down the steep stairs to get to it, so only a few of us went down there. (Being all over 40... as Toby Keith would say, we aren't as good as we once were. LOL). The float was nice and wasn't too long. We drove to the entrance of the horseshoe and it was extremely convenient to float right down to the house. The only problem with that is, it's the same exit as everybody else on the river so it was very crowded. Half of the group doesn't float anymore so they normally just take chairs down to the river and hang out in the water waiting for us to float down. This year there so many people, it made it impossible for them to do that. So, all in all, it was a great trip and the house is amazing with just minor hiccups.

Great space for a big party - but needs maintenance

This is an unusual property: 8 separate identical bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, plus a huge common space with (what should have been) a first class kitchen. The property is clearly designed for big parties like bachelorette or wedding parties, or (as in our case) a big family get-together. The Whitewater amphitheater is only a few hundred yards away, so a weekend may feature live music (like it or not!). Our stay was marred by poor maintenance: breakers blew multiple times, a dishwasher didn’t work, an oven stopped without warning, and an old hamburger was left on the grill. The management quickly responded to our call — but these conditions should never have been there in the first place. A very nice stay; but I wish we hadn’t had those issues.

Perfect for family wedding

We had 8 adult couples staying there for a family wedding. It was perfect! Everyone had their own bedroom, bathroom and thermostat (which was a huge bonus for a family who can’t agree on temperature)! It could not have been a more perfect set up for us!

Love this House - Great for big groups

This was the second time our annual "5 families" trip stayed at this fabulous house. We had 20 people and it never got crowded. Great kitchen for cooking. Bedrooms are comfortable and spactious. But the very best part of this house is the location. You just walk down and float the Horseshoe. And if you're lucky, the Whitewater Ampitheater across the river has a band and you get free live music. Definately recommend this house!

Great Place for Large Family Events

Was in town for a family wedding and this property was perfect. Great kitchen and family room for gathering with the 30 of us that stayed at the house. Also really liked each of the 8 bedrooms had their own bathroom.

Perfect stay for a larger group or family.

We had a group of 25 and this was the perfect house for The Weeknd! You can’t beat the location and the River access was amazing . Highly recommend. The customer service was exceptional.

Property was exactly as advertised. the ease to river was perfect for my group and the large kitchen/ dinning room made eating together such a great experience. I hope this will be our annually meet place moving forward. Only negative I have is that I wish there were darker curtains in each room. Thanks again

Amazing property!

We absolutely loved everything about this beautiful property! It has everything you need and then some! The industrial size Sonic ice machine is the icing on the top!! Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and each bedroom has its on en-suite full bath for privacy.

The White House

Everything was awesome! Beds were super comfortable, and having a thermostat in each room was so wonderful! We use fans, so having one in each room was really great. I don’t know if it had been a while since the last cleaning, but I reached down under a bed into a cobweb. That was not good. It would’ve been nice to have salt, pepper, and sugar on hand, but we survived! Overall, we had a great time. It is a beautiful house!

Great property

We booked this for our annual family gathering, and it was close to perfect. The house is very well designed for a large group, with en suite bathrooms for each bedroom. The kitchen is very well equipped, but if you are accustomed to there being pantry staples available, you should know that you’ll need to bring everything with you. . On the plus side, this means that the kitchen is very clean and there plenty of room foe your supplies. Access to the river is great. Our group really enjoyed tubing and just playing along the river. The only drawback was the fact that the house is directly across from a music venue that was in full swing every evening. But the house is well insulated, so the sound level was minimal indoors. All around a great property.

Amazing house, amazing location

Property looked just like the pictures. You can tell it was built to be a vacation rental property. They thought about everything to accommodate a large group. We had 20 people in the house. The location was superb. It felt safe and vacation friendly. We enjoyed being at the end of the Horseshoe floating loop. We did have drunk floaters clog up the banks of the river near the house, but no one tried to access our house. It was a very easy walk to the starting point to float the loop. I recommend bringing your own tube and walking. We listened to a concert one night from our balcony. We walked to River Rose Tavern and Pier Sushi to eat. We are considering going back next year!
