MARICOPA RIVER RESORT - una proprietà SkyRun in Texas

Il Maricopa River Resort si trova in una zona tranquilla della Guadalupe, poco prima del "ferro di cavallo", una zona popolare per tubing e rafting. Salta in un tubo o la tua zattera preferita direttamente dal cortile e fai galleggiare il ferro di cavallo, un tratto panoramico del fiume che raddoppia convenientemente e ti mette comodamente vicino a dove hai iniziato (richiedendo una breve passeggiata per tornare a casa). L'anfiteatro di Whitewater si trova anche alla fine di questa sezione di fiume, a solo 1/2 miglio dal Maricopa River Resort.

Amerai tutto ciò che c'è da fare nella zona, ma apprezzerai anche la casa. Maricopa può ospitare un massimo di 8 persone tra le sue 4 ampie camere da letto e dispone anche di 3 bagni completi. Vi è abbondanza di spazio per rilassarsi e distendersi nella vita aperta, nella sala da pranzo e nella cucina completamente attrezzata, ma sicuramente trascorrerete la maggior parte del tempo nel bellissimo cortile sul retro, con posti a sedere coperti, grandi alberi all'ombra, e un barbecue a disposizione degli ospiti.

Lovely property

Lovely property and perfect location for Canyon Lake activities! The river view and access was a bonus. Great getaway for a weekend with my friends!

Great times on the Guadalupe near Whitewater

We really enjoyed our stay. It Has a great waterfront perfect for fly fishing. Plus it is within walking distance to Whitewater Amphitheater. Great location and comfortable clean house.

This house has a great location and access to the river. The host was responsive and helpful. I am taking a star off because the amenities in the house were basic. There were not enough towels for 8 people, not a lot of utensils in the kitchen, there was mold around the AC ventsand the AC couldnt keep up and there were missing sheets for some of the beds.

Great family vacation

We had two families with kids and had a great time! Really appreciate being on the quiet side of the horseshoe. Property was very clean and very well organized. Will stay again!

Perfect River Front Home

The location and house are awesome! The kitchen doesnt have very many pots and pans to cook with, but other than that we had no complaints.

Nice in November

Maricopa River Resort is perfectly laid out for three couples or a group of friends. Three full bathrooms for each wing and bedroom. The back porch is very tranquil with the Guad right there.

Vacation get away

Great property with good access to the river. Very roomy and able to fit our group. Several mentioned that the beds were hard so may want to consider upgrading matresses. Also a local business was noisy into the evening and night. Overall it is a beautiful property and we had a great stay

Great stay!

We had 8 people including 4 children under 10 stay for a weekend and the house was great. The kids loved the riverfront access and the backyard. Only small complaint would be there was no tv or streaming box available, but there is WiFi, so bring a device if you want any live tv. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!

We loved the property. Beautiful and the size was perfect. The check in process was easy. The layout of the house was great too. There was only one problem. The tv in the main room did not work. There was only 1 other in a bedroom.

Great house on the river

My wife, children, and grandchildren spent 5 days starting Christmas day at this wonderful 4/3 home on the Guadalupe River. The children played in the large backyard as the weather was very nice. We enjoyed fishing and watching the fly fishers catching rainbow trout. We even caught a few. The home was all that we needed and would definitely stay again. Thanks Maricopa for a wonderful Christmas, Eddie

Nice/clean house

Our family very much enjoyed our stay at the river resort. We filled each bed and it was very comfortable. Even though we stayed in October, the sun had warmed up by noon and of course water was extra cold, for a minute. The bathrooms had adequate towels and the kitchen had plenty of cookware. We used paper products as to keep dish cleaning to a minimum. The grocery store is close by, just minutes away. We plan to return.

New favorite river house!

We go to the river every 4th of July, and since our usual house was booked, we were a little nervous about trying a new place. But the moment we walked in, all our worries disappeared. This home was perfect for our group! The family room and dining area were spacious and comfortable, ideal for gathering with a crowd. But the true standout was the yard—absolutely gorgeous—and the short walk to the river was peaceful and scenic. It rained the entire weekend, but honestly, we didn't mind one bit. We spent our days playing games and relaxing on the beautiful back deck. It was the perfect place to be “stuck” in. A couple of small notes: we couldn't get the living room TV to work, despite trying everything. Normally not a big deal, but we were hoping to catch the news. Also, the kitchen could use a few more large serving bowls to better accommodate a group. Other than that—no complaints! We've officially found our new “regular” river house. Can't wait to come back!

Great house. Perfect location!

House was very clean and well maintained. It was perfect for our family of 6. We were able to float the river from our house with a short walk back after the horseshoe. The house was centrally located. The only issue we had were the plugs on the back porch did not work. This was not a big deal as we just use the plug in the utility room. House management were super responsive to ALL our texts and that was very helpful. We are already planning our return trip and will use this house again. I HIGHLY recommend this house!

Nice house with awesome views

Nice house with awesome views. Direct access to river next to bridge at the beginning of the horseshoe. Able to get rides back to house via Shanty Rides. Simple and easy check in A+++. Mattresses need to be replaced due to squeaking and worn out. Need more pillow cases and new pillows. Needs more towels. Needs more basic silverware (knives, spoons, forks). Floor was dirty and had not been mopped. If these things were done, I would have given it 5 stars.

The refrigerator wasn't working. We informed rental company and they responded quickly but we had to keep our groceries in a cooler with ice for the whole trip. Most of the air vents in the house had mold. It is a good location but the river bottom has a lot of weeds that could have been cleaned up before arrival and the motel guests next door set up tents in the river right behind our house where the walk down is. Luckily, our family had rented the house next door so we were able to move dairy products to their fridge and set up in the river there.
