Quiet and Cozy Canyon Lake Home only minutes from the Lake and Amenities!

Enjoy time with family and friends in the best places you could ask for in Texas. Float the river, wake board or tube, listen to great live music, there's endless adventures to be had, and meeting some great folks. The Good Days Lake House! We want you to leave this place looking back and saying those were the good days.
The space
The House is located in the beautiful Canyon Lake Area. It sits in a great neighborhood, on around a half acre of land. Plenty of room for grilling and lounging in the yard. The property is not fenced, and there is an abundance of deer and wildlife, so expect some furry visitors. You can find plenty of local family owned restaurants and shops only minutes away. It is a short 5 minute drive at the most to the lake and multiple public boat ramps. Only 15 to 20 minutes to the Shanty Tubes for river floating, as well as White Water Amphitheater Near by. New Braunfels is only 25 min. San Marcus is 45 minutes. Schlitterbahn water is a short 30 minute drive. Six flags San Antonio is a 50 minute drive. And plenty more.

Liked the home it is new had all you would need. Comfortable sofa and beds. Washer and dryer. Saw some deer. Could use some coverings on kitchen window and back door. Porch light was burned out and lsrge amt. Of bird droopings right at front door and wasps on back porch. The owner is helpful and we left a note. I'm sure he will look into those items. No major dislikes. The above mentioned are minor.

Lovely home, just right for us four adults. Very clean, modern, nice back yard with lots of deer. Came stocked with coffee and fixens, ample cookware. Quite a few games. Host sent a very informative email listing surrounding attractions and restaurants, very helpful.

This house was perfect for our family of 5. It was nice to have a table we could all sit at; lots of places that have beds for 6 people have a 4-person table. It's clean, updated, and nicely located in a quiet neighborhood. Easy access with a door code. Cute backyard with plenty of deer passing through!

This place was just far enough away from the big city for a get away. It had everything we needed, especially in the kitchen! We were close to nature with the deer we saw roaming about the area. It was quiet, clean and inviting. Thank you!
