We stayed at this beautiful property in Capannori in June 2025 as a family of five — two adults and three children aged 10 to 14. The house exceeded our expectations in every way. It was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and very functional for a family holiday. The children loved having their own room upstairs. We spent countless hours by the pool, which was a highlight of our stay (it seemed to magically clean itself overnight ). The garden area and outdoor seating made it easy to relax and enjoy meals outside.Although the owner lives next door, we never felt our privacy was compromised. In fact, it was reassuring to know they were nearby if there was any problems. The location was perfect for exploring the Lucca region, yet peaceful and quiet in the evenings. We highly recommend! We would definitely love to return! What We Did During Our Week (A Car was essential)Lucca : Strolling through charming streets, shopping, visiting Palazzo Pfanner and its lovely garden. Tip!
