“Friendly and helpful staff”

“Everything was good, not excellent. Our rooms parking space was the only one not right by our room. Kitchen was ok, but only had a large chef knife. A paring knife or serrated knife would have been better for my fruit and veggies and baguette. Random ants in the kitchen (not by food) Breaker turned off when using the toaster. Refrigerator froze my fruit and my yougurt:o(. Bed softer than we like. Hubby loved the deep bath tub. Did not see the Hot Tub if there was one. WE were there for 4...

“Very clean and well maintained property! Shower was unbelievable! One of the best showers I’ve had great water pressure. Staff took a while to greet at the front, but other than that, they were very helpful. Would definitely stay again.”

“Pulito, letto comodo, angolo cucina, bagno grande, ottima vista con patio direttamente con vista mare, ottimo prezzo e prestazione. Unico appunto, siamo arrivati due minuti dopo le 18.00 e non c’era più nessuno in reception. Non ci avevano inviato nessun messaggio e c’era solo un numero da chiamare. “Staff/host was friendly to talk to. Room was clean and bed very comfortable. Good amenities and great location. Loved that we could bring our pet and had no hassles at all. Quiet location too. Only 5 mins drive to Napier city, very close to walks and beach. ”

“Loved the location - view of the ocean, lots of lovely cafes nearby, right by the beach. We were in room 1, which was on the end downstairs and nice and quiet. Decent-sized, clean rooms. Loved the walk-in shower! The room had cutlery, utensils, crockery and microwave which was handy. Plenty of storage space. Easy parking. Bar and restaurant onsite so option for room service too. Would happily return! ”

“Lovely room and equally lovely view across the ocean, clean, quiet, staff very friendly and accommodating, room was comfortable - no complaints at all, and would stay here again in a heart beat.”

“The location was great however the check in non Communication was not a good start. Room cleanliness was only at a good standard. Kitchen was not fully stocked and the rangehood didn’t work. Washing machine was also leaking water on bathroom floor. Unfortunately would not stay here again.”

“Parking was good. Staff were welcoming. Rooms and layout good. TV was work in progress. Couldn't get to work as it should. Toilet cistern is continously leaking and needs Seals fixed. This kept me awake at night as it re topped up the cistern. Kitchen just ok. Main knife for cutting fruit and vege was blunt. etc.”
