Cape Winds 304 è orgogliosamente di proprietà di 'Stay In Cocoa Beach', il più grande proprietario di affitti per le vacanze sulla spiaggia premium sulla Space Coast!

Se si sta cercando di scappare e rilassarsi, o avere una vacanza familiare molto necessaria, questa unità ha tutto quello che avresti bisogno di. È davvero unico nel suo genere!

Quando entrate per la prima volta in questo breezy condominio con vista sull'oceano, la prima cosa che noterete è il bellissimo oceano di fronte a voi. Questa confortevole unità beach chic è il luogo perfetto per rilassarsi e passare il tempo con la famiglia. Ascolta le onde mentre sei seduto appollaiato sulle alte sedie sul tuo balcone privato, o rilassati nel confortevole soggiorno guardando il tuo film preferito.

La spaziosa camera da letto principale dispone di un letto king size, un bagno completamente ristrutturato, un armadio e una TV. La camera degli ospiti ha un letto matrimoniale, armadio e TV. C'è un secondo bagno fuori dallo spazio comune.

Il soggiorno, la cucina e la zona pranzo sono aperti, quindi puoi goderti la vista spettacolare mentre cucini, mangi o ti rilassi.

L'unità ha anche le piccole cose che rendono la vostra vacanza molto più rilassante. C'è una lavatrice e asciugatrice, ferro e asse da stiro, pack & play, sedie a sdraio, giocattoli, lenzuola e asciugamani e wifi gratuito.

Cape Winds è un bellissimo complesso che ha servizi per tutta la famiglia. Fai un giro intorno alla grande piscina, riposa nella vasca idromassaggio o fai attività fisica sui campi da tennis e da basket. C'è una breve passerella proprio nel complesso per raggiungere la spiaggia di sabbia bianca - non potevi essere più vicino !! Il complesso è situato a 2 miglia a nord di Cocoa Beach Pier e vicino a molti ristoranti e attrazioni.

Sebbene la lista dichiari "nessun rimborso", comprendiamo che le cose si presentano. Se devi cancellare la tua prenotazione e ci comunichi almeno 30 giorni prima del check-in o prima, non addebiteremo la seconda metà del pagamento.

11 nights at this wonderful property. View was spectacular. Clean, cozy, inviting space with comfy beds and sofa. Quiet pool & spa. Easy beach access. Friendly complex community. Kind and caring hosts, who check on you often. Close to Orlando parks, restaurants, and entertainment. I would highly recommend to others and stay again in the future.

Cape Winds 304 is a great place to stay in Cape Canaveral

Cape Winds is a nice, moderately priced condominium complex that doesn’t have the bustle and noise of most like it. The surrounding area is quiet, not commercialised at all, and easy to navigate. If you want the commercial hype and all the traps it’s just a little way down A1A in Cocoa Beach. Cape Winds unit 304 was clean, spacious, and nicely appointed. There were plenty of utensils and all appliances were clean and well-running. The third floor view is great for ocean watching and you can see a good portion of rocket launches from both the beach and the balcony. The sofa is comfy and seats four and can double as a sleeping spot. Beds are mostly comfortable and there are plenty of quality pillows. Master bedroom has a nice walk in shower while the hall bath has a tub. Commodes are fine, no problems with plumbing. Modern TV’s in all rooms with remotes and basic cable service. 304 does not have its own secure WiFi. There is a generic non-secure, open guest WiFi shared by the building but it’s woefully inadequate for the traffic it’s required to handle (it’s best during the day and the off season) e.g. we can run the Apple TV box off it during the non peak season when there aren’t many people in the building but forget about it in summertime. The pool is a good size and there’s a hot tub and dry sauna - all are kept clean. We have rented this unit at least four times now and we go back because its great for the money. We might buy a unit here. That’s how much we enjoy it.

Perfect Getaway!

The condo was exactly as expected! Beautiful view of the ocean! Covered parking was nice to have. Easy access to the room from the elevator. Had to reach out to Amanda because a couple of the beach chairs were broken. She immediately responded and had new chairs sent within the hour! Would definitely return! Actually we would have booked this condo for our fall trip but it was already taken for those dates!

Communication with property manager Amanda was extremely easy with quick responses. From the moment of booking the condo to check out, everything was easy and communicated well. The property was beautiful and greatly located! We could not have asked for a more perfect place!

Terrific condo, clean and comfortable

Cape Winds Unit 304 is a favourite of ours; we’ve stayed there several times and plan to stay again. Always clean, up to date, and comfortable furniture. Beds were very restful. The view from terrace is expansive and preferable to the ground floor. Cape Winds’ pool is always clean and rarely crowded.

Booked this Florida trip to get away from work and relax. Condo was very peaceful and quiet. Great area to walk around. We also loved looking for the cruise ships leaving port. Amanda was great to work with.

Prime location

It was more than what we expected. The view from the balcony, the cruise ships, and all the boats. This checked off more than we thought. Even tho we missed the space x launches we did hear the last one. From finding coconuts on the beach, to the great eatery on the pier, the friendly locals and those we met who were also on vacation, I can say we most definitely will be back!!!

Perfect!

Having a view of the ocean from your balcony makes all your troubles go away! Condo was perfect and being able to walk to the beach a positive. The beach was not crowded at all during our stay. The pool is a great size and very clean. We enjoyed our daily stops there as well. We will return for sure! Orlando airport is a little overwhelming, however.

Beautiful beach

We loved this property! The beach was not very crowded and very nice. So many seashells! The condo was very clean and had plenty of everything we needed for the week. All we had to buy was food! It was a very happy fun vacation for our family of 6. I do wish the pool had more of a shallow end for the kids. It’s mostly very deep. They couldn’t stand in it. But they still had fun and got to work on swimming skills. I would definitely recommend this property.

Last Minute Getaway

The condo was great and the view was even better! We only had a minor issue with the sheets/blankets being dirty. We did not notify anyone due to us being able to wash them ourselves and we didnt feel like it was that big of a deal. Everything else was great! Would definitely recommend staying here. The beach was never busy and we were able to watch 3 rocket launches. It was perfect for our family of 5!

Perfect Getaway!

Kelsy is AMAZING!! She is very responsive and helpful. The only problem we had was with the washer/dryer. There was an issue with the washer but she had repair guys out multiple times over a few days working on it. In the meantime she allowed us access to another unit so we could wash our clothes. We thoroughly enjoyed the balcony and watching the sunrise every morning and gazing at the ocean... spectacular views. This condo is the perfect layout and size. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds were comfortable. There are plenty of towels and the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in both showers is a plus. The dining room chairs aren't the most comfortable but they are sufficient. We will definitely be back to stay on future trips to the area. Thanks again for your hospitality.

Excellent unit and location!

Just returned from a great week at this property. Immaculate unit, very spacious, well decorated and not cluttered. Comfortable living room furniture and bedrooms. Excellent, prompt communication with Kelsy, the host. A close drive to have a bite and watch the cruise ships at the port, and equally close drive to Cocoa Beach and various restaurants. Quiet building, beautiful view from the balcony. Property is very well taken care of. Sits on a gorgeous spot on the beach. For 7 years we have stayed in Madeira Beach and this was our first time on the Atlantic side - we will definitely be returning to this particular property!
